Th / 11.09.23 / Madeira / DinnerFood was cooked well and tasted great, but your PORTIONS are ridiculously small and with how high your prices are now - this was disappointing, to say the least...Staff are mostly nice and friendly, although the girl working the cash register came out to give us our food and was clearly in a bit of a rush (or maybe irritated by something?) - and essentially threw the tray down, spilling fries out onto my (elderly) father. If it was an accident, a simple apology would have been fine but she literally looked right at me, didn't apologize - let alone offer to help clean up the mess or get us more fries - and just went back behind the counter... The restaurant was practically empty too, so why that even happ'd - I have no idea... But her whole demeanor came across as rude and unprofessional at that pt.My family and I have been long-standing Penn Station customers since the 90s, at various locations all over Cincinnati - but all 3 of us that night said that was prob the last time any of us will be back...I know I won't be - for sure, at this location!

Alexis was very kind taking my order and the entire staff seemed to be on their A game. The location was clean and welcoming and the food was tasty. Definitely recommend.
Got just a cheese and meat, Philly cheesesteak. As I’m eating throughout the whole entire sandwich, there is fatty pieces in hard pieces in the sandwich. Very dissatisfied and grossed out since for me. It is a texture thing. The service was great though, but I can’t get over it, so that’s why I’m giving one star.

My husband called and ordered me a sandwich Cold Italian sandwich -no ham When we got home it was only ham nothing else. So I drove it all the way back. Beth -the one who took order and I'm guessing made sandwich asks me what's wrong with it Which I then tell her.... she said that's not what my husband ordered and started screaming at me and laughing. Saying "your husband said a coke club. This was not me" I finally stepped back and said "I have zero idea why you're screaming at me right now. All I asked was that I could have this remade." Where she proceeds to continue screaming. Everyone at this point is staring at me and her. Truly just embarrassing. I know staffing is hard right now but my husband and I eat here on minimum once a week and it's SO Sad this one experience will for sure deter me from ever eating there again. I ended up just getting my sandwich refunded and left. I get it, it's not that serious. But to be yelled at like I was a 5 year old all over a stupid sandwich and leave feeling embarrassed over something that truly shouldn't have even been an issue. And to make matters worse when my husband called after I left because I was so upset she continued to scream at him on the phone. Really pathetic to continue to allow someone like that to work at a business that requires a very minimal amount of customer service.
