Horrible customer service. Madison called us to let us know there was no bacon so she said they would throw in a free bag of chips. Hour and a half later we call to see status of our order and some other girl answered and said oh we didn’t hear back from you so the manager just voided the whole entire order. No call, nothing. Never ordering here again.
Ordered delivery because I’m sick. That was yesterday at 6pm and the food never came. I called multiple times and the phone just rang.Submitted my feedback on the Jimmy John’s website. Fingers crossed for a refund.
