Ordered at 12:06pm for delivery and the food never showed up. It’s been an hour and a half. The phone line is a busy tone every time you try to call. REFUND asap. This is the third time this has happened in two months. I will no longer be using this location.

Ordered delivery and it's been 2.5 hours still not sure I'm ever getting my food and trying to reach the store has been impossible. When you do reach them "my driver might have your food sorry we're busy"

Horrible customer service. Madison called us to let us know there was no bacon so she said they would throw in a free bag of chips. Hour and a half later we call to see status of our order and some other girl answered and said oh we didn’t hear back from you so the manager just voided the whole entire order. No call, nothing. Never ordering here again.

The man who took my order, touched the register, handled cash- then went back and started making sandwiches with the SAME gloves on for the customer in front of us. He then wiped his face and got a box out from under the shelving unit and started flipping and opening it with the same gloves on from before that he then used to wrap pickles. The employees have NO sense when it comes to health and food regulations and glove usage! It was utterly disgusting.

Worst service ever. Did not deliver food when they said they completed the order. Did not answer phone for 40 mins after they stated order was complete. Had to drive to the store location only to find my order sitting on the counter. Asked for a manager and was only able to get an assistant manager that would not provide me with a real supervisor or corporate number so I could resolve my issue properly. Might I add that I had them call and void an earlier order during the week because they had no drivers. I still have not been refunded my money for the order either. What a waste of my time and money. I'll never order from this place again. Completely disrespected and disgusted.

I placed a delivery order via their website a little afternoon. While expected a slower deliver due to the lunch rush, but my order took 2 hours. During that time I tried calling, and was never able to connect with the store. When the driver arrived, he told me that they ran out bread, and that their phones didn’t work.

Out of straws, manager got very disrespectful to me when I suggested they take petty cash and buy them from GFS cause they've been out the last 2 times I took family there. I asked for the owners contact number she told me no you can't have it then proceeded to tell me if I don't like it don't come back, her employees looked shocked at me, I've never been back, contacted corporate they said they would pass info to franchise owner which of course I got no response. I've been a chef for 37 years i would have never disrespected someone paying their hard earned cash at my establishment. I now drive farther to another JJ's

I have lived in this area my whole life and today I was accosted by a blonde Jimmy Johns employee while she smoked a cigarette. She told me I cannot park in the Jimmy Johns spot while dining at the restaurant next door even though Jimmy Johns wasn’t even open yet. If these spaces are reserved for Jimmy John’s customers, why are they being used for employee smoke breaks?Parking: The proof is in the pudding

Placed an order at 9:31am and it was confirmed for 11:15am delivery. 12:00pm rolls around and I attempt to call as it hasn't been delivered yet. I get put on hold for 15 minutes. I hang up and try again, then before I can get a word in, I get put on hold for another 17 minutes. Finally I hang up again, and call back. Someone lets me get a word in. Only asks for my address, and I ask to cancel. They just say " okay, bye," and hang up on me. Waiting to ensure it is completely cancelled so I get my money back. No lunch, only frustration. They were so quick to put me on hold I couldn't even get a word in edgewise. So frustrated. Will not be back.

Came here when I came in the worker was sitting on the floor and he was foaming at the mouth and had sores all over him, didn’t feel comfortable eating my food and threw it away.
