It depends on what crew is working. When the younger people are working the standards for everything goes way down. On top of everything I had to wait for my food and it was cold and dried out. Normally if you wait for food it's hot, but not if you're unlucky enough to have the mid day crew. I've gone later at night and early in the morning and get great service and hot food. Arbys is good as always. i ordered a beef and cheddar but the cheddar was everywhere but on the sandwich. The girl at the window acted as if she didn’t want to be there. i guess this is the type of worker you get these days. by the way it was 3:21pm on

Frankly it was disappointing. I hadn't had Arby's in years and was let down. The curly fries were the bottom of the barrel and not warm and the roast beef is just slopped on and your hardly get what you pay for at all. The app didn't work to give you the deal it offered but we ordered anyway.
