I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the manager Zach at McAlister's Deli in Kenwood! My daughter wasn’t feeling good today & stayed home from school. She really wanted her favorite cheddar broccoli soup to make her feel better. I ordered it on the app & went out to my car to go get it. Car won’t start. So I called McAlister’s to let them know since I already paid for it, if they’d just hold it for me until my wife got off work, I’d come get it & just have it as leftovers....read full review
I stopped in about 10 minutes before closing on a Sunday evening. Even though they were wrapping things up for the night and I’m sure everyone was ready to head home, they treated me like I was their first customer of the day. The food was excellent, the service was fast and friendly, and I never felt rushed. Thank you, McAlister’s Kenwood, for ending my day on such a positive note!
I swung by this location for their promotion. The cashier was a lovey kind young lady who was patient as I asked if my Tea Pass fell under the promotion as well. It did not, no issue at all :) so I adjusted my order. My order was correct. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Will be coming back soon.
