Even though we were missing an item out of our order today (carrots & celery sticks) I am still giving a 5 star review. I spoke with Dennis and he was the most sincere manager I've ever spoken with in my life. He said it might not have been a big deal to them to leave it out accidentally but that I was looking forward to having that in my order and it could've been a big deal to me. OMG, THEY BROUGHT BACK HOT BBQ and no one told me, lol. Was my favorite flavor before they took it away and now it's back, I gotta go get more before it's gone again but I PRAY they keep it for good again. Sorry I rarely go they anymore since HOT BBQ has been gone, I'm a fan again ...

I had to wait 3 or 4 minutes at the takeout counter for an employee to help me, even though there were plenty around and it was not busy. When I got the food home I discovered they put on buffalo sauce instead of buffalo rub.
