“I got there a few minutes after close and really hungry for a sandwich and unfortunately the doors were closed. Jenny the worker came out to my truck and asked if I was paying cash or card. I was paying cash which was needed because she had closed the register for cards. I came inside she made me my sandwich which was very good and exactly as I wanted. Jenny didn’t have to make my sandwich or reopen after close but she exhibited excellent customer service and deserves a five star review. Thank you Jenny.“

“Got foot long chicken bacon ranch toasted on Italian herb cheesebread, pickles. Light lettuce, Light spinach, extra banana pepper's, salt and pepper, little extra ranch for my daughter, said it was so good she had to call me to let me know.“

“The last two times I stopped at this location was terrible and I had decided to never go back. The employees were handling bread with their bare hands, while they were cooking at the grill. I left, but called the manager the next day. She told me they didn't need to wear gloves at the grill. ? Today I drove by and saw a young lady cleaning the outside door. I went back and the place was so clean on the inside. A young man took my order, very pleasant. When I paid the same young lady helped me. My sandwich was done in five minutes. I spoke to the manager Tiffany and told her what a difference in the restaurant. Hopefully it will continue to look this good!“

“First penn station I’ve went to that was different then my usual. The place was super clean. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. My food was made right. It was made fresh. And both the man and women with the wrist brace on made sure my sub wasn’t sloppy. I didn’t have sauce dripping all over or meat falling out. The drink dispensers were clean and free of old sticky pop. Both were quick friendly and it was an overall great experience.“
