Hands down best penn station I have been to in a real long time! Store was clean Employees was respected and sweet! Service was great! It was a good time and good food thank you so much
Steak sandwich was cold and greasy. Fries were huge pieces and undercooked. Service was slow. Poor experience overall.
3rd time I’ve come in during the least busiest time with only 2 people ahead of me yet I had to wait over 40 mins for one sandwich
