First of all I wasn't happy with the false advertisement listed outside vs inside manager didn't know how to subtract the difference which I bought 4 items 2 of them was the cookies, so easily the Mgr. Could have given the 10% discount off would of made the .40 cent difference. She wasn't very nice and straight up told me to buy them or don't, meaning she didn't care if I said that it was false advertisement. I live right by this location but have started driving 15 minutes to the Anderson location.Although this has always been my go-to Penn Station location, this one has gone way down hill over the last year or so.The bread is never toasted enough, fries are cold half the time, and the service seems to all over the place.I hope things change and I can start going back to this much more convenientally located Penn Station.
