Must say I was a bit disappointed in Penn Station. Got an Arby's cheesesteak and a Penn Station to compare. I was expecting Penn Station to blow Arby's away but that's not what happened. Even though I ordered extra meat on the Penn Station it was still kind of skimpy. The Arby's cheesesteak with extra meat was HUGE and they used high end Cooper sharp cheese. Also the price was $19 and something and for the Arby's $15.

Penn Station East Coast Subs at the new location is cleaner and nicer, with friendly staff who are helpful and good at moving the line along during busy times. One customer loved the Reuben sandwich, mentioning it was the best ever. Another visitor appreciated the prompt correction of a mistake in their order under the new management's attentiveness. A longtime fan mentioned the Cheesesteak as their favorite meal, always choosing Penn Station before leaving the country. The restaurant is located in a shopping center with convenient parking. Customers have enjoyed meals like the ghost pepper Philly cheese, which brings the heat and satisfies hunger. Overall, the food is great and the atmosphere is very clean.
