Very helpful and had quality food
When I completely misread the menu and doubled down on the assertion that I had been charged $1 too much, the workers never lost their calm as they attempted to explain to me the truth of the situation. And when I realized my error, they accepted my apology with grace. Truly amazed at their patience with me - oh and the sandwich and salad were both great!
This review is based on multiple visits to the Fountain Square location. Potbelly sandwiches are awesome. Not sure there is a better sandwich shop. The wrek add bacon with the works on white. OMG.
The problem with this location is they only have one fountain drink machine. Which is apparently not sufficient to handle the Fountain Square foot traffic.
