We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone but I'd definitely recommend to double your order if you want enough to eat.“

The food was surprisingly good, and I'm glad I gave it a try. The service was alright, and the portions were decent. “I have discovered that the Dairy Queen in Latonia/Covington has lower prices than the Dairy Queen Highland Pike in Ft. Wright near Walmart. I believe it is because the one in Latonia is privately owned. I paid about 2 dollars more at Dairy Queen on Highland Pike for a milkshake than I do at my local location on Decoursey Ave across the street from Latonia Liquors and this location has a bench or picnic tables where you can sit and enjoy your ice cream without taking it in your vehicle. Yes, they do have a drive thru also... if you're in a rush or have somewhere else to be. The associates are generally quick to get you in and out of the drive thru. Just be extra cautious when exiting the lot because it's a busy road and there are pedestrians crossing often and waiting in line at the walk up window.

“This Skyline is larger than most. I normally Order a 5 Way Chili. For you out of towners, a 5 Way includes spaghetti, chili, onions, beans, and cheese. This isn’t your normal chili with this ingredient combo. Our grandkids love it. Today, I ordered a Greek Salad with grilled chicken. You can also get Buffalo chicken with your salad. It’s a really good salad with greens, black olives, pepperocinis, feta, tomatoes topped with a tangy Greek salad dressing“

“Recently decided to come to this location and try skyline chili for the first time since I've heard about it for awhile now from friend's and family and never really gave it a chance until now and may I say the staff were amazing and helpful as they recommend me few dishes in the menu for my first experience and the service there was great and so was the food it was really good but my own wish is that the portion was a bit bigger but the service made up for it and nonetheless the atmosphere and staff was just phenomenal and I enjoyed my first time here and would definitely come back again and highly recommend for new commers or people first time trying skyline aswell!! ❤“

The customer service was good not great, I think this location needs to do more with a Chick-fil-eh right across the street. They are the gold standard for customer service and they have a long ways to get to that type of service and customer experience.“
