“The lady that took my order was efficient, polite, and kind and she also remembered everything in the order and wasn't skimpy with providing sauce packets. I don't even eat out as fast food places much anymore because the the quality and service has really gone down hill since the pandemic happened but I will continue to go to this Arby's location even of its a little out of my way, the food was fresh and it didn't look like it was thrown together hastily. My experience was 5 stars.“

“I wanted to leave this a while back and totally forgot. I went here on a Friday night and this girl was way behind on her orders. There was about 6 of us standing in there waiting, more orders popping up on the screen. There was a girl out on a delivery too. Basically they were short on people and she tried so hard to keep up. I wish I would’ve got her name, but none of us were angry besides one person who left we could clearly see she working her butt off. I seriously would’ve jumped in to help her, had she let me.I wanted to give her a shout out, I don’t know her name, but if she sees this, she will know I am talking about her.“
