Went through drive thru...Requested ketchup...no ketchup givenNo straws were given.Ordered a Coke, got a Mr. PibbThe burgers on my Big Mac were chopped into pieces.The fries were hot.
First, wrong soft drink I ordered a coke and got a Mr. Pibb, second, no straw, third, the cheese wasn't melted on the burger, and fourth, they forgot the catsup for our fries. Here's a thought if someone orders fries let's automatically put 3-4 packets of catsup in the bag! No wonder Chick-fil-A kicks butts they pride themselves in service and orders being correct.
