My local McDonald’s has an awesome kids area with a play places, games, and even light up tables! It never ceases to make us have the best day :)

First, wrong soft drink I ordered a coke and got a Mr. Pibb, second, no straw, third, the cheese wasn't melted on the burger, and fourth, they forgot the catsup for our fries. Here's a thought if someone orders fries let's automatically put 3-4 packets of catsup in the bag! No wonder Chick-fil-A kicks butts they pride themselves in service and orders being correct.

I eat , happy meal for my little boy ,while he plays at the indoor park...recommended...
5 employees on break waited on a happy meal for over 20 minutes but they all had time to smoke chat and point at my car. one had blue hair . completely unproffesional and a few looked like they had on manager shirts !

This McDonald's is always slow whether you order online ahead or go through the drive thru. They get some part of the order wrong 9 times out of 10 as well. I have had great experiences with the Cold Spring location and would rather go out of my way to go there.

I actually had a great experience at this McDonalds today. Took drive thru coffees and mc muffins. The employees were so quick and friendly while taking the order. They gave exactly what I wanted and everything was fresh and Warm, which felt refreshing in this winter weather. I will definitely go back here again for drive thru breakfast.
Placed an order on their app which was pretty easy. 3 medium fries, a big Mac, a 6 piece McNugget and a double cheeseburger. When I pulled up to the second window the employee said just find a place to park we will bring your food out when it's ready. I could see 5 other cars waiting for their food. I asked him how long he said 5 to 10 minutes I said that's probably closer to 20 minutes and he said yes probably, so I asked for a refund. This McDonald's was awful years ago then they had new owners and new management which brought it back to being a decent place to go for food, I hate to see it going backwards again. 1/10 would not recommend.
