Outstanding customer service. Wife and I and 1 year old grandson went to Fuji for wife's birthday dinner. Just as chef starts cooking my grandson gets ill (vomiting). Wife runs him to restroom and I get help from staff for floor. The staff assisted my wife with bringing her warm towels to clean him up bags to put dirty clothes into. Today I went there for lunch. Wonderful food and service. Highly recommend.
We visited on a Saturday early evening, wife and me and our three kids. We got seated almost immediately and the restaurant was practically empty. Its a standard hibachi restaurant, so I understand the wait for a chef and for the table to fill. However, our table filled fairly quickly but it was almost an hour before the chef started cooking. Our kids are between three and seven, so they were pretty antsy by the time the chef started.
