We went to get lunch here and a man named Hunter has absolutely restored my faith in male servers. Think what you want. However, in my experience , male servers are just not that attentive. He was that and more! Hunter presented himself very well and was very polite and well spoken. I like to put credit where it is due and I just want to thank him for providing a great experience!“
“This is the best restaurant in Cincinnati hands down. Not only is the food unbelievably delicious, but the ambiance is stunning. Most of all, the service is impeccable. They really make the experience very personalized to whatever occasion you are celebrating. Erick was our server and was very knowledgeable of all the items and provided great recommendations. The assistant manager, Jared, was also very attentive and friendly. Such an incredible experience, we can’t wait to go back!! Get the butter pie for dessert!!“

“Kendall, our server was wonderful! Answered all of our questions and spot on for delivery of our food. My problem was our seating. Our reservation was for 5 pm, we arrived 15 minutes early and were promptly seated just outside an empty private room that they seated 6 people who became very loud! And then seated another group of 4 on our opposite side. I'm checking out this mostly empty restaurant scratching my head and wondering why.“
“Carryout experience was fantastic! We ordered online and arrived at our scheduled pick-up time. Food was ready and hot. ALL items were included in order (y'all know there are other restaurants out there that have taught you to double-check before leaving). Employees working the carryout window were friendly and attentive. Sometimes when you order out, it seems you can get smaller and messier portions -- not our experience here! Food was just as it would have been had we eaten in. We ordered the steak kabob, sirloin, cheese fries, and extra rolls. The restaurant parking lot was packed and I'm so impressed with our great service despite how busy TR was. Kudos to management for running such smooth and efficient service while serving at max capacity. We will definitely do and recommend carryout again!Parking: You can expect an open spot in the front of the restaurant for carryout orders. If you go on a Fri/Sat/Sun evening, be prepared for limited parking.“

“Its always been a great dining experience for us. Our side wedge salads were very tasty. My filet was delicious and cooked to perfection. My wife had the Scallop Risotto. It was very good as well although she found it a bit too salty. The Brussel sprouts were delicious and plenty. Topping it off was the banana cream pie. A very nice evening with plenty of time left to get to our show!“

“We were given a table in the main area, the lighting was definitely on the brighter side and didn't come off as romantic. My husband and I both ordered the filet, medium rare. The food, overall, was fantastic. His filet came out medium well and dry. We pointed it out to the waiter who handled it and ordered another steak for him to be cooked properly. The manager even came over to apologize. It wasn't a huge deal, we were very understanding but it did take another 20 minutes. When we got the bill, they had actually added the 3rd steak to the tab. It was corrected when we brought it to their attention but how do you accidentally add a 3rd steak to the tab??? I'm glad my husband checked but I was fully expecting a comp of some sort on the bill for all the inconvenience. I wonder if this has happened to anyone else and they didn't catch it.“
“Our party of 4 arrived at 1:00 for the Sunday brunch. It wasn't crowded at all. Though we've been there many times over the past decades, our daughter in law had never been there, so it was a special treat for her. The guys really enjoyed the prime rib. I especially liked the crepes. Oh, so good. There were breakfast and lunch foods available, so you could choose either...or both! We had a lovely time there and definitely plan to go back sometime.“

“This place has went down, the bread is so hard and both the managers are so nonchalant and very unfriendly, niether of the 2 greeted not one customer that I seen or even cracked a smile, so unpleasant as Managers ! Carl walked around like security at this point just throw him on a security uniform, and for Kathy she’s a Karen !!!! They should have kept her in the kitchen as a kitchen manager so is not ppl friendly at all !!!!“
“Our Server Brianna "Bree" was simply astonishing, phenomenal, fantastic. The food as always here was great. The service was over the moon. Have not had such great service as Bree provided in a long time. She is a keeper. Other servers should take notice. I am sure she is banking on tips!!! Great personality and on it the entire meal. Thanks, Bree, for making my son's Birthday meal the best!!!“
