“We celebrated our Mom's 81st birthday and could not have been more pleased. Our waiter was knowledgeable and friendly. The service was top notch. Our food was delicious, every single item, including the scallops, the salmon (my favorite), of course the steaks (tender and juicy), and all the sides (especially the Brussel sprouts). And then there was dessert!! Carrot cake and butter pie were the top favorites of our group. We appreciated the attention to detail and our experience was excellent!!“
“This was our first time here. Our kids brought us - their treat! It was one of the best nights out we have had in years! The food was scrumptious, the service was top notch and the company was second to none! I highly recommend! This visit was one for the memory books!“
“We had a great date-night at Tony’s! Paul was our server and was amazing. He was personable, went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect, and had great menu suggestions. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the portions were great. Paul suggested the cheesecake and it delivered! Great service, great food, and a great night!“
“We haven't had such a fantastic experience in a restaurant in so long, I forgot what it feels like. We were promptly seated by the hostess, and she was friendly. Our waitress was great and was very polite and attentive. I'll never get tired of having a refill for my drink set down in front of me before I have to ask. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, and we enjoyed the decor. I was glad we were almost finished when they sat a couple at the table next to ours, because it is a little close and you're right in each other's conversation. I got the salmon bruschetta to start, and it was so good. Everything tasted so fresh, and the flavors blend beautifully. My girlfriend got the French onion soup, and that looked amazing. She said it tasted really good. We both ordered the filet mignon, and she wanted hers medium rare, and I wanted mine cooked medium. While both steaks were excellent, neither one was cooked as requested, and both were pretty rare. I'm going to let that slide, since everything else was so good. The smoked Gouda Mac and cheese is so damn good, I want the recipe. It's very creamy and delicious. The Brussels sprouts with bacon were excellent and I could eat a bowl of just that. We will definitely be back, and totally understand all the accolades now. Two thumbs up.“
“The food was good. Service was good. My only problem is that a mistake was made were I was charged with my friends food for $134 when my bill was $28.03. The waitress and manager fixed the mistake but there was never a simple "sorry" or "we apologize".Still a good place to eat.“
“My family came for Easter brunch today and it was amazing. My girlfriend and I had not been before, and we were impressed quickly. The crab cakes are the best I have had, and the lemon-grilled shrimp was delicious. The crab & cheddar quiche was very good as well as the shrimp cocktail. My girlfriend enjoyed the mimosa, too. Our waiter, Max, was fantastic.“
“Let me being by saying that this was the second time in my life that my wife and I have had a meal so good that we bought drinks for the entire restaurant staff. We went last night and this meal was the best we've ever had in Cincinnati. We began with the oysters and the bone marrow. If you've never had bone marrow like we hadn't, get it. I'm telling you that it's sublime. That was followed with the seasonal spring salad. I know this is a steakhouse and they do their steak as well as anyone, but I've never had a salad that good. It was the single best bite of the meal! After the salads, they brought out our 4oz petit filets, fingerling potatoes, and sauteed mushrooms and onions. We prefer to have small steaks and let it be an element of the meal rather than the meal itself and I'm so glad we did! The entire meal was delicious and I'd hate to have ordered a larger steak and missed out on the opportunity to try some of their other menu items. Finally, we wrapped up the meal with a creme brulee for each of us (they had two types so we got one of each and shared). Creme brulee is my favorite dessert and The Lonely Pine didn't disappoint!I can't wait to go back. I've been talking to folks at work about it all morning and several of them are excited to try the place as well.GO. Enjoy your night out. You won't be disappointed in taking my recommendation.Parking: We had no trouble finding street parking within 30 feet of the restaurant. They also have a free parking lot directly across the street.“
“Jennifer in your carryout service is the best. We visit your restuarant weekly on a regular basis to pickup sweet potatoes for my mom (88yrs old) she absolutely loves them. Jennifer is there most times and is always timely and very kind. We've developed a great rapport and she makes it a joy for us to continue ordering our carryout.“
“The food and service was absolutely amazing! Everything we ordered was above our expectations! Our waitress Diane was outstanding to say the least. She was friendly, very knowledgeable, and attentative to every detail and our needs. My husband and I highly recommend coming here.“
“The waiters and hostesses are so kind! Definitely worth the wait, but luckily there is a waitlist feature. The combo platters are the best! The sirloin is greatttt, wasn't a huge fan of the bbq chicken, the steaks were better. The chicken tenders were delicious though! The crispy ones!“
“Been here a few times but it's always been great. Everyone is so friendly and the food, presentation and service is always great. Going there is just like a step back to old times. Always makes you want to order a Manhattan or a dirty martini.“
“Late lunch mid week...this locations was not very busy, but I stood at the hostess stand for what felt like 10 mins...probably more like 5, but long all the same...what was even more bothersome was that no less than 6 Outback staff members met me eye to eye. None of which acknowledged me in any way...no, "we'll be right with you"...nothing more more than a blank stare. One of them even appeared to be a manager. Finally, I simply yelled out, I'm going to sit at the bar...to which someone brought me a menu. Baternder was nice & attentive. The food was good, as always...if you order the chicken wing appetizer, ask for them to be extra cooked. If you don't, there's inevitably pink meat still inside. I'm not saying it's raw, but seeing that makes you wonder...which, then, makes for an uncomfortable meal.“
“The server and food were good, but this place loses a star due to the manager on duty. Seriously corporate needs to review this guys attitude. He was a older larger guy, that was just conceding to just about everyone. I luckily didnt have to deal with him, but just from observation, he talked down to two different parties in the 5 mins I was waiting, questioning if they knew what location they called ahead, telling them they can stay or just leave, etc. I get it was busy and stressful, but if you cant deal with it, then buddy you are in the wrong business.“
“*UPDATEMARCH 2024 - My lamb chops weren't anything like before. It's like they are rushing orders. I completely understand, due to "Lamb Chop Season". Both of my orders were completely horrible.I get the same meal every time. Thing is the price is always different. I don't get that.“
“Went again tonight. All my food was good. My waitress i felt definitely ignored our table, besides this I did notice bathrooms were cleaner it again was a week night and busy, but not busy enough to ignore our table out of her rest.*****We dined in for my birthday, it was on a Tuesday. Going to be honest here. OUTBACK wasn't my 1st choice or my second, due to distance. I won't mention the 2 other steakhouses cause they do compete with outback. When I called these other 2 restaurants we were asking if we could reserve/ how long of a wait time to be seated. The 1st place said at 2 in the afternoon that they had already booked up their reservations but we could still call back later to see wait time. We waited till around 630pm and called again and asked if any reservations had been cancellled(no) how long was the wait? 55-90 min. Called second place they also said they didn't take reservations and the wait at that time was an hour. We considered driving a little further if OUTBACKS wait time was shorter. We call. Nice girl answers, we ask if we need reservations, nope, how long is the wait, she says actually have hardly anything going on right now. So there shouldn't be a wait at all. Well we end up at OUTBACK in Anderson on 5 mile rd. It wasn't busy at all but its a Tuesday so I dint expect anywhere to be busy anyway. Right away we were seated and had drinks. The waitress was super. She made sure all our food came out when it was supposed to. Instead moat places will bring your appetizers and your salads then ten min later your hit with main course. Not them. Let us enjoy our drinks she put in the app and told us she wouldn t put out food in till after she got me my salad so it didn't all come like back to back. I didn't feel rushed. All the food was perfect. Drinks were great!! My only complaint was the bathrooms. Thats why I gave it 4 stars. I noticed too many cobwebs in the corners of bathroom and hand and footprints in bathroom stall walls. There wasn't any toilet paper in my stall either. Or any paper towels in the dispenser I had to get the to from the next stall. Good thing they weren't busy for someone to see me!! But besides that everyone told me happy bday everyone welcomed us and told us goodbye and to come back. Id rather go somewhere thats not packed with people or where the staff is short and so busy they can't concentrate on me and the money I'm spending. They followed all ppp they were great!!Parking: Handicap ♿️ parking availableKid-friendliness: Kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: They have access“
“My friends and i came in for a birthday with 16 people and had Sher as our waitress and had the best experience ever. Food was so good and huge portions and the drinks were so good too. Vibe was fun and everyone took great care of us! Shoutout to Sher and Yardhouse 10/10“
“We were given a table in the main area, the lighting was definitely on the brighter side and didn't come off as romantic. My husband and I both ordered the filet, medium rare. The food, overall, was fantastic. His filet came out medium well and dry. We pointed it out to the waiter who handled it and ordered another steak for him to be cooked properly. The manager even came over to apologize. It wasn't a huge deal, we were very understanding but it did take another 20 minutes. When we got the bill, they had actually added the 3rd steak to the tab. It was corrected when we brought it to their attention but how do you accidentally add a 3rd steak to the tab??? I'm glad my husband checked but I was fully expecting a comp of some sort on the bill for all the inconvenience. I wonder if this has happened to anyone else and they didn't catch it.“
“Ordered pick up at 4:00 to pick up at 8:00 and still waited over 30 minutes and then they ran out of one of the sides ordered. But, other than that....great food. No complaints on the quality of food and yes, I'll continue to frequent.“
“Me and the husband go at least once a week during the weekday, not on weekends. We always sit at the bar and order a drink and food. Usually cheese fries and a filet with salad and loaded potato. Bartender always greets us and takes our drink order. Service is pretty fast, and if there is a problem, you don't need to wait on a waitress or waiter. The bartender handel's it. So far, we have only had one problem with an undercooked steak, and it was fixed quickly. I would definitely recommend sitting at the bar if you only have a few people.Parking: Parking in front of and throughout main parking lot.“
“I called ahead to see if there was a wait and was put on the waiting list as I was driving there. I had to wait about 5 minutes after arriving and checking in, which was not a long time. The food was amazing. I had Flo's Filet and some sides with raspberry iced tea. My date has Celiac Disease, and cannot eat anything containing or that comes in contact with gluten. Gluten is in wheat, barley and rye. We told the server that my date has Celiac and she knew what it is and what to do. My date had the parmesan crusted chicken without bread crumbs and White Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms without bread crumbs, mashed potatoes, and a baked potato. They have many gluten free options and we eat here often. My date never gets sick from cross contamination of gluten! The server was 100% on it. This was a very busy Saturday evening. She refilled our drinks without us having to ask, got us a couple boxes when she noticed us slowing down on eating, was super friendly and attentive. The staff at the front door were lovely and polite. Overall, this was a very good dining experience. I highly recommend Long Horn Steak House in Eastgate OH.Dietary restrictions: Celiac Disease“
“Its always been a great dining experience for us. Our side wedge salads were very tasty. My filet was delicious and cooked to perfection. My wife had the Scallop Risotto. It was very good as well although she found it a bit too salty. The Brussel sprouts were delicious and plenty. Topping it off was the banana cream pie. A very nice evening with plenty of time left to get to our show!“
“We had dinner here today with a party of four. I had the ribs, mash potatoes and a caesar's salad. My wife had the wings and a salad. The others had steaks (No complaints and they ate all their food). My meal and my wife's were pretty good, better than I expected. Our server Hailey was very good and she managed several large tables at the same time. The restaurant was clean and everyone was friendly. We hope to return.“
“Quality as vastly improved. Appetizers were EXCELLENT. Food was EXCELLENT. Drinks were EXCELLENT. Prices relatively high, but so is everyone else. Very comfortable seating and atmosphere. NO reservations returning to this restaurant. Prices justified by the quality of our dinner and drinks.Parking: NO PROBLEMS ON PARKINGKid-friendliness: Waiters gathered to do some singing for Happy Birthdays to some kids. SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF“
“My boyfriend and I went to the Easter Brunch Buffet and it was fabulous! The Shrimp was my favorite along with the Lamb and Garlic mashed potatoes. They also have really amazing coffee, we had a seat by the windows and our waiter Donny was top notch. We can't wait to come back for other occasions, this is our new favorite restaurant.Dietary restrictions: The regular menu has tons of gluten free options.“
“This place has went down, the bread is so hard and both the managers are so nonchalant and very unfriendly, niether of the 2 greeted not one customer that I seen or even cracked a smile, so unpleasant as Managers ! Carl walked around like security at this point just throw him on a security uniform, and for Kathy she’s a Karen !!!! They should have kept her in the kitchen as a kitchen manager so is not ppl friendly at all !!!!“
“This is the best restaurant in Cincinnati hands down. Not only is the food unbelievably delicious, but the ambiance is stunning. Most of all, the service is impeccable. They really make the experience very personalized to whatever occasion you are celebrating. Erick was our server and was very knowledgeable of all the items and provided great recommendations. The assistant manager, Jared, was also very attentive and friendly. Such an incredible experience, we can’t wait to go back!! Get the butter pie for dessert!!“
