Came here for dinner not busy at all. The food was good but service was terrible. Got sat waited over 15 min to order our drinks. Then ordered our appetizers, didn’t see the waitress until way after we were finished the appetizer. Then proceeded to ask if we were ready to order even though she knew we were ready to order when we ordered apps. As a party of 6, I made reservations 3-4 weeks in advance. We were there to celebrate two birthdays, one being a milestone 50th birthday. We arrived a few minutes early and waited 25 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. The restaurant did not appear busy at all. From the table where we were seated, we could not see anyone else seated at another table. Perhaps the other side of the restaurant was busy. I really don’t know. Went for Thansgiving 2025. It was bad ftom making a reservation to the meal. It took 2 weeks to get a reservation then they demanded a $50 depoisit. The meal cost was $59 a person, a ripe off. No refills offered on drinks. When the bill came it had a 20% service charge (Tip) added on. A little high for a buffet for 3 adults and a child. Complained 3 times to management on their web site with no response. Would recomend nor ever ho back.
