Our party of 4 arrived at 1:00 for the Sunday brunch. It wasn't crowded at all. Though we've been there many times over the past decades, our daughter in law had never been there, so it was a special treat for her. The guys really enjoyed the prime rib. I especially liked the crepes. Oh, so good. There were breakfast and lunch foods available, so you could choose either...or both! We had a lovely time there and definitely plan to go back sometime.

Was definitely not worth.$45 a person. Was a big price jump from last time I was there and food was better last time I was there. Only good rating I can give is the guy at the waffle station who has been there a long time and is fantastic! !! My waffle was delicious. The food on buffet was COLD! My Mom left a review also they said they would make it right with her and NOTHING. It's a joke. They really do not try to make things right with you at all!! They put this online to make it look good but do absolutely nothing for you! Reading the reviews they have done to other people as well. What a way to do business. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place for the brunch.

This place is normally very nice. My sister loves this place, so we celebrate her birthday there every year. I had to give an 80 dollar deposit for a reservation for a group of 8, which I thought was weird but whatever. The place was empty, I didn't need to make a reservation. Our waitress was great but they were short staffed so we waited forever for drinks. Our steaks were all very fatty but had a good flavor. I asked for medium well and it was more medium rare but I ate it anyway, because to send it back would have taken forever and I wanted to eat with everyone else. For the amount of money the 8 of us paid for dinner and tip, the dinner and food should have been top notch. The views are amazing

While the ambience of this revolving floor restaurant was beautiful with a full view of downtown Cincinnati, I am saddened to report that this restaurant double charged my credit card after the dinner meal. And because their restaurant manager refused to credit me back one of their charges and I was treated rudely by both the hotel front-desk agent as well as the restaurant team when trying to address this problem, I was forced to file a police report with the Covington, Kentucky police department as well as a formal dispute with my credit card company. Hence, if you are looking for a memorable and pleasant dinner at a fine Cincinnati area restaurant, you need to pass on this one, as it will only invite trouble if you are paying by credit card. Certainly, this entire negative experience with this restaurant absolutely ruined my wife's birthday and I will never frequent this restaurant again, as I have been going to it for more than 25 years. Horrible way to treat customers with an intent to commit fraud - totally unbelievable but representative of a world that thinks defrauding people is totally acceptable !!!

Took our granddaughter for her birthday and she loved it. Food and service was great. We definitely will be back. The only thing negative is that our reservations were for five o'clock. We got there a little early and and you cannot get in until five. Usually I thought most places like it if you get there around 15 minutes early and if you come here there's no time to get in.

Was quickly greeted by the hostess and taken to our table rather quickly. Our waitress was on point and had water in the table asap. Food came out in a timely manner and everything was delicious. Definitely going back soon!

Have been there a few times and they definitely raised their prices and it's just not worth $45 a person. They can at least be able to keep the food warm on the buffet for that price. However the guy at the waffle station has been there for a long time and he is excellent and the only thing I can give a good rating on. Other than that it is very overpriced!

Had the Sunday brunch. I was surprised the prime rib was not good, it was tough. Service was ok. Hard to leave a $20.00 tip for being served 3 glasses of water and a cup of coffee.

Food was excellent. Hubby got ribs, his go-to at 18, and I had the filet. Both were delicious. Nicole was our server. She is attentive and ever so pleasant. We always ask for her or her daughter, Alexis and get great service from both. 18 is our favorite place to go. The view is fantastic, no matter what time of day or season.

The experience was not great we had a server that didn't pay attention to our empty glasses or full table of empty plates . The food was cold except the crepe station. Kids were getting their own food with their hands and staff said nothing. And it took 20 minutes to get our check after we asked for it . The ambience was great though and the scenery was great. The restaurant just spun around too slow.
