14 Best Steakhouses in Lexington

“Jeff Ruby's is about more than good food, it's an experience. My husband and I have been loyal customers for over 10 years. We drive nearly 2 hours 1 way, sometimes multiple times a month, just to eat here. We have visited every restaurant except the Columbus location. The steak is always amazing but it's the service that really puts these restaurants over the top for us. Lexington is our favorite location because Jon Wright works there and he's the best!“

“It was an outstanding experience with a very good friend! The food was perfect and the atmosphere chill. I look forward to another visit.“

“Just left a group luncheon of 12 retired educators Everyone’s meal was excellent and the service provided by our server Barbara was a 10. She was helpful, efficient and humorous……absolutely will return…“

“Excellent meal at Blue Heron Steakhouse. It's rare to eat a crabcake outside of the East Coast that lives up to Maryland standards, but this one was outstanding. Love the broccoli with garlic and red pepper, and there was a great wine selection that was perfect without being obnoxiously long. Will be back!“

“We try to go to Malone's whenever visiting Lexington. This is our favorite restaurant in the area. As usual we got the 12 oz filet, baked potato and Lexingtonian salad. Our meal was outstanding and the service was wonderful. I cannot more highly recommend this restaurant.“

“What one of our team members says: "My husband and I tried Tony's this past weekend for the first time, and it might be our new favorite steakhouse in Lex! The service and atmosphere was incredible, and the food was some of the best we've ever had! The restaurant itself was beautiful, and we had a stunning view of downtown lex from our table. The service was also some of the best in Lex. Next time you plan on visiting, request Mason, he was our favorite server! This steakhouse is a must-try spot!!"“

“My husband and I came in tonight for an early Mothers Day celebration. they were PACKED but still provide amazing service! We got seated quickly, our server was amazing, our drinks and apps came out within a few minutes, my margarita was delicious and not skimping liquor, and our food was amazing! The manager came by and we praised our experience. 10/10 would recommend.“

“Big shout out to all of the employees! They helped me out when my husband was having diabetic issues. They got me a quick coke, ice cream and then a fast burger. You are the best!“

“This is my kind of restaurant! I got the Prime Rib and it was fantastic! I got a huge baked potato and side salad for $26. What a steal. Our server Jon was also great and attentive. I love the vintage feel of the restaurant as well. I will certainly come back in the future.“

“My family ate here while on vacation; Chelsea S. was our waitress and she was excellent! The food was great, too.“

“5 🌟. This is my favorite place. It always has been. Thank you. My waitress last week was great, omg. She brings a great mood from the beginning of placing our order. She was punctual with checking on our needs. I'm easy the best tenders and mango margarita. But the service was the best. Wish she taught that service to other companies. That service definitely deserved a tip. Thank you again.“
