Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse is a highly recommended restaurant for special occasions. The staff, including Thomas, are attentive and personable, contributing to a great ambiance. They go above and beyond to make events memorable, such as personalizing menus for graduation dinners. The food is excellent, with the Bourbon Filet being a standout option, although there was one instance where the accompanying grits were lumpy and under temperature, and the shrimp were cold. However, the steak itself was described as perfect. Overall, a wonderful dining experience with plans for future visits.
