“We go to TX roadhouse often. We usually have a group of 9 to 12 people so we cant get on the wait list the normal way. Last Saturday, 2 Feb 2024, the manager accommodated us perfectly with 2 big tables next to each other. It was a special Birthday for the 13 yr nephew.We are used to good to great service. However, we were not prepared for the absolutely flawless service of Maddy. It was super busy, busier than it has been in a long time.Maddy was phenomenal. The drink order was quick, 10 drinks, 2 of which came from the bar. She replaced the bread. She took our order and read it back, I know that is common, how she did it though, was impressive. Our order came in 23 minutes, considering the crowd that was impressive as well. Normally at least one thing will be "off". Not only was everything correct it was perfectly cooked. That does not happen by accident.During our meal, we noticed a lot of new faces, every manager was engaged on the floor, every employee was moving at all times.This is why we make the 45 minute trip to eat here.Maddy is will be our requested server from now on. The last one, Kaylee was ours for almost 2 years before she moved on. Maddy's abilities appeared effortless, she was trained very well, she should be training new servers.The kitchen staff and management, should also be commended as well.Thank you for a great night.“
“Went with family for my sister in law's birthday dinner and everything was great. Our server, Campbell, was so wonderful. She took excellent care of all of us and checked back multiple times to make sure everyone was satisfied and if we needed anything else. Kudos to Logan's for hiring that courtesy young lady. We will definitely be back.“
