On 4/23 ticket 60016, we had a poor experience. Which was not our first which causes me to take time to respond. After a reasonable time waiting for the salad I feared it would not make it to the table before the main course. My fears were answered when the gentleman brought the meal. Disappointing as we were seated without the rolls which is no big deal, but the items kept adding up. I know I'm being picky and spoke with the manager. My husband and I came in tonight for an early Mothers Day celebration. they were PACKED but still provide amazing service! We got seated quickly, our server was amazing, our drinks and apps came out within a few minutes, my margarita was delicious and not skimping liquor, and our food was amazing! The manager came by and we praised our experience. 10/10 would recommend.
my child got sick at this location today and the manager and a select few staff gave us dirty looks and made our experience horrible. i understand no one wants to be in a restaurant and see someone throw up but he is 3 and couldn’t make it to the bathroom in time before he began vomiting. i cleaned up as much as i could in the bathroom but overall the manager was just rude about the whole situation and we overheard staff talking about it as if it was breaking news. we won’t...read full review
