Auntie Anne's continues to be a great place to grab tasty pretzel snack variations at the food court in Florence Mall. I've long loved their pretzels and this visit was no different. I got their Pretzel Dog's which are basically Pig In The Blankets with pretzels as the "blanket" and of course the hot dog in the middle. Auntie Anne’s has amazing pretzels! The best in my opinion. The service is usually spot on. However, today as the employees worked hard through the busy hours the manager acted out of control as if he couldn’t handle the job. He was yelling at customers to give him their orders! Several folks felt uncomfortable with his attitude as well as the fact he wouldn’t change his gloves. The Auntie Anne’s in the Florence Mall is top notch. They are busy all the time and offer a great selection of pretzels and drinks. The staff is very nice and offered suggestions. Shawna (sp?) was especially nice at the register. She walked me through my first of many visits.
