Based on the reviews, Cocina Jalisco is a hidden gem with a taco truck located in the old KOI warehouse parking lot. The food is described as some of the best, with legit 5 Star tacos, massive portions, and ingredients that are crisp, fresh and delicious. Everything is seasoned perfectly. The steak, chicken, birria and shrimp are all masterfully done, with a strong recommendation for the shrimp. The Birria quesadilla is much better than other Birria tacos, and the veggie tacos are also flavorful. A breakfast burrito was one of the most delicious ever had. The service can be slow, but it is worth the wait. The staff are polite, friendly, welcoming, gracious hosts and master chefs. The food is screaming hot and the salads are perfect. This place has entered a top 5 favorite spots anywhere after one try. Customers highly recommend skipping the Fast Food giants and giving this place a try, as many want it again tomorrow.
