This is literally the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I waited 20 mins for a cold brew. Def order online if you want to have any success getting a drink in this lifetime.

Garbage customer service on Sunday, August 21 at 9AM. Mobile order for an drink and sandwich. When I arrive, I grab the drink at the mobile order station but no sandwich. That is fine. However, a lady sternly admonishes me in front of many other customers that their process is to not take the drink until the order is complete. First time I have heard that in the hundreds of mobile orders I have made at many Starbucks including this one. So I wait for my sandwich which is fine. They bring some sandwiches over to the station, dont say a word. I wait which is still fine as I am not in a rush. The same lady comes over after a few minutes and turns a sandwich over sitting at the station and again impolitely says to me “see this is why we have the process”. I say “ Thanks. Now I know the process”, take my sandwich and drink and leave. i will not be back to this location after coming here countless times over the past 5 years. While I am not particularly proud of removing the tip on the order after I left the store, I felt in this case, no tip was deserved.

Cathy maybe could be with a K. This lady has horrible customer terrible ordered online called the store to make sure I didn't miss anything terribly rude then I come in she's in 2 older man face so you rudely dismissed me and my order your on the clock it was very distasteful then I overhear her trying to describe a black women she goes oh an African American women im just disgusted as close as this is to my home I will not be returning she truly make Starbucks look bad No thank you ! The guy that's usually there he's great ! She sucks with customer service and have no respect for others
I walked in and a lady by the door made me wait in line outside the door, and once I get in they immediately are yelling at all the kids who aren't doing anything. I have 3 kids of my own and would never want them being yelled at just for accidentally standing were I shouldn't. They are also very rude while taking anyone's orders and whispered to eachother when I said my order. Not a good experience!

Barista was rude. Made half of our order and then let it stand while making another person’s order. I recommend giving the dark haired barista who was working this evening a less public-facing position.
