Only gave 4 stars for service because at this Starbucks it was seriously understaffed,had to wait about 25 mins for an iced coffee? The lady could only do what see could do,she was filling mobile orders before she got to mine ,,,,, if you like to wait forever than this Starbucks is for you!
I came in today and I ordered a mocha cookie crumble like I always do. Everything was going great I got my coffee and went to my car. When I got to my car I took 1 drink of it and it tasted like black coffee and the consistency of it was water. It was like drinking watered down black coffee with whipped cream, it was disgusting and I had to take it back. This Starbucks has very quick, professional and polite employees. They did a great job getting my drink out to me quickly and they made it very well. FYI: If you are using the app to pay, you do not get stars at this location and it does not allow you to tip them through the app.
