Short of help so sometimehorriblebdrive thru staff this Friday evening. Rude and slow
I used the curbside pickup. It took 19 minutes. As others have suggested they prioritize the drive thru as I could watch how many cars were served before me. It wasn’t that busy. There are too many options to put up with bad service.
Needlessly long wait. I order 2 McChickens in the drive thru. First and only customer there, about the simplest order you could possibly imagine. Apparently it was too complex because I’m told to pull up and wait. I wait there for a solid 15 minutes and watch 2 cars behind me order, be served, and drive away. Just plain aggravating. Food was solid but the smoke coming out of my ears dulled the flavor palette. Get it together
