I didn't get a wrong order for years from here and have been super impressed, until recently. Both of my most recent orders had a wrong item. Today it was a plain sausage mcgriddle instead of a bacon egg & cheese mcgriddle. I would understand if it was a special order, but it wasn't. I suppose I should start unwrapping all of my items before I leave the drive thru.

Mostly stop for a breakfast sandwich at Landen. Trish is always very pleasant and remembers me. The app needs improvement.
Curbside delivery took around 10 minutes. Two of the four McChickens we're overcooked old and rubbery. My dog wouldn't even eat them. Believe I will go across the road to Burger King or Arby's next time I'm in that area.

This McDonald’s sets the standard with exceptional service and friendly staff. Unlike others, their ice cream machines work and computers are functional. Worth the drive, they never disappoint.

The service was a bit unhelpful, as the staff didn’t seem to care when going through the drive-thru, but it was quick as expected. Food was hot but oddly lacking flavor. It’s a McDonald’s lol need I say more?

Took autistic grandson to play in play place... mom was letting her kid scream until my grandson came running to me with his hands covering his ears and then mom proceeded to scream profanities at her child then turned to us other parents, giggles, and half-apologizes.
The Lebanon McDonald's never disappoints. Every time I visit here everything is great.

Very shorthanded in the front counter. Seems like they put everyone on the drive thru. Ordered double big Mc and fries on the kiosk and waited almost 10 minutes for the food. Only 1 person taking orders, packing, and getting food to customers.

Just walked in to order food for my family to sit and eat. Couldn't even find one clean table. Then when I went to the counter to ask if someone could clean a table for us. I didn't not get one person ask if I needed anything. Pasted me three times. A girl even passed me and took a guys order at the counter when I was standing there first. Then finally I was able to get a guys attention from behind the counter and ask if he was a manager because he was not wearing a name tag. Then said yes he is a manager with an attitude. Then I ask if he could get someone to clean a table for my family. He looked at me like I was in the wrong. Then I said thank you and walked back to my family. Then if their was a problem with that. I just left. Because if they have there lobby unsanitized. I especially don't want to eat there or let my family eat there. Poor service, horrible customer service, and not clean.

Late night stop with 5 teenagers. They were starving. McDonald's didn't disappoint. The manager personally brought their food out, with a smile. Happy teens for the win!
