“I’m a frequent customer to this Dunkin location. I’ve met the manager multiple times during my visits as he is working the drive thru , always pleasant and friendly. The staff overall is very nice and always pleasant.Todays visit was the only exception to not getting five stars. This could have been a five star review, but based on today’s customer service experience, it sadly will only be a 4 star review.This morning I placed a mobile order for 30 minutes before arriving to the location, give me enough time to have my order prepared ahead of time. If I arrive to the location and went inside to pick up my mobile order, since the line was very long as it normally is during this time, which is understandable, that’s why I placed a mobile order because I know that having one less person getting in line, can keep things moving right along. I was able to approach the counter and let them know that I was here to pick up my mobile order. The lady at the front was very nice and was gathering my items for me.However, the secondary lady who was spoken to about getting a latte together for my order, made it very rude and spiteful, comment saying “ well, she’s gonna have to wait till after this order, and his order, and their order,” in a very rude and spiteful manner. I was more than happy to wait for my latte. I had no problem doing so, I was only trying to be thoughtful and not take up another space in line where they could be serving another customer since I had already paid for my order well ahead of time.Not sure if this person was just really having a bad day, but the comment was made right in front of my face as I’m standing there. I thought that it was very rude and inappropriate and it’s some thing that shouldn’t have been said. I’m a very loyal customer who comes to this location if not every other day, but at least four times a week. I’ve never been treated that way here and I’m sad that this person thought that it was appropriate to act in such a manner.I relayed my concerns to the corporate office, and I have full confidence that they will be reaching out to the manager who owns this establishment. I’ve met him. He’s a wonderful person and very understanding.I will not overall let this affect my business here. I won’t let one instance of somebody having a really terrible day, ruined the business relationship that I have with this location.“

“Travis is absolutely amazing. Happy as can be and made the whole fast food experience pleasant. I don't even like McDonald's but I would come back just to see him! I am not a huge coffee drinker so I just went for an English Breakfast Tea - it was amazing! In addition to the tea I also had a croissant which was good too!“

“The best cozy little spot in Trenton. The best staff and owner of any place I’ve been to. I only wish I found it when they opened. Be prepared to spend a lot here not because it’s expensive, but because you’ll be addicted to the coffee/tea/pastries, staff that remember you by name and are incredibly welcoming, owner (Diane) who cares about every little detail and also knows you by name, and if you work remotely you’ll love to sit in here for hours just doing your work and enjoying the atmosphere. “We came here for our Saturday morning coffee date. This is the 11th coffee place in Cincinnati we’ve been to.We got the PB&J latte, and Raspberry Crumble Cake latte. Both are excellent!! Not too sweet, not to faint.We also got the maple sausage breakfast sandwich and blueberry baked oatmeal. Both were somewhere in between good & great. I typically get a scone, but they were out of a lot of pastries due to delivery issue with a supplier.The vibe is pretty cool! Lots of plants and seating space for all types of reasons. Reading, studying, work, conference meetings, personal one-on-one’s. Open space, but pretty quiet as there weren’t a lot of people there.Overall we’d definitely come again!“

I placed an online order and when I arrived, I was told to pull up and so the person behind me could get their order even though I placed my order first (they placed theirs in the drive thru. “I stopped by here at the suggestion of a friend. I had the Lavender Latte and was pleased to discover the lavender was subtle and the drink wasn't sweet. Exactly as I would want it. The atmosphere inside is very cozy but I think it was too warm. I decided to sit outside and it's very noisy since it's on a main road. So many buses!!! Still, if I wasn't just visiting from out of state I would absolutely go back. Also, the service was great. The young lady was fast, courteous and very friendly. 😊

Parking: The parking is pretty tight. It takes everyone a few minutes to back out. They are obviously regulars and know how to maneuver the tight space. I may take a bit longer in my rental car! 😂“

“First visit on our stay at Great Wolf Lodge in Mason. Really enjoyed the glazed donuts. The cake were good but not quite as good as the glazed. Girl at counter was friendly and knew I wasn’t local which tells me they have a loyal following.

I have the food a 4 because the coffee was horrible. They do the big coffee drips and it was something I expect at a gas station at midnight. But the donuts were amazing.

Parking: Large lot with lots of free parking. Appears that other businesses in the area didn’t have a ton of foot traffic.“

“Joseph is a warm, endearing man. Very humble, ground, patient and kind. He took our very complicated order, responded to many many requests and then didn't charge us anything on account of a family wedding.

It was clear that he puts in a lot of love and effort in his coffee making skills (which was delicious) and we all left Ohio feeling the warmth of his hospitality.

“I love this Starbucks! I have been coming in every weekday for about 3 months now and it is my favorite Starbucks so far. When I walk in someone always says hello, they know my name and they know my order. They always give me a boost of happy in the morning. When I went in this morning we were talking about cups and this sweet girl asked me if I had seen the new ornaments. She said that when she saw it she thought of me ( I have a slight addiction to their cups). So I bought it! Thanks again for making my mornings better.“

“I will always go to the Kroger Starbucks over the stand alone. The drinks are always amazing and the staff is so friendly!!! Today I ordered a Venti Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam, legit the best I have ever had. The pumpkin cold foam can sometimes taste like a candle, not today!! I did a mobile order before arriving, grabbed the small groceries I need and by time I checked out and walked over, my drink was ready. 10/10 would recommend!“

When I emailed the company their response went to spam and for some reason was not coming up when I searched the company name in my email. This arrived today just hours after my poor review. I love trying different roasted coffee flavors and I am pretty picky about my coffee. I sampled La Crema Banana Nut Bread from Hobby Lobby last fall and went to every hobby lobby within an hour drive to keep buying more. I have tried other brands of banana nut bread but this company does it the best. I can no longer find it at Hobby Lobby but luckily the small business has online ordering and will ship.“

“I went to this Starbucks for the first time tonight and had a very pleasant experience! Funny thing is, it's just a few minutes from where I live (Liberty Center) but have never needed to go to this one. Liberty Center's closes early now due to COVID, so this was the other option. The barista was extremely friendly and made sure she gave me exactly what I wanted. She asked me if I wanted the nitro brew in my cold brew. After explaining to me how potent it was with caffeine, I politely declined- but told her I'd be back when it's the morning ?. She even gave me a sample of it. So creamy and smooth. It really is the customer service and friendliness that make the difference in the end! I'll be back for sure.“

“I've always had great experiences at this Starbucks, but today takes the cake and is worth writing a thorough review about. I was in the drive thru line at 7:30am. I suddenly heard honking behind me and realized that another customer in the parking lot was actively attempting to back out of the space. I could have moved up a bit, but I did not believe it would far enough up for her to avoid hitting the back of my car if I did.

I honked back, letting her know to wait until I could move up a bit more. She refused to listen, moved back until she was inches away from my car (honking back the whole time), and then got out and started screaming at me, calling me names, and cursing me out. In the time she was doing this, the line moved up, so she literally could have waited two seconds. She drove off in a fury, flipping me off in the process. The last couple days have been pretty rough for me and this horrible interaction was the final straw. It was all I could do to keep it together to put my order in.

When I got to the window, the baristas handing me the sandwich told me it was on them. I was confused and asked if they were sure and they basically said they had seen what happened and that the other customer was being unnecessarily cruel.

I'm really grateful for how kind they were!! It really made all the difference in my day to be treated with such care and kindness after someone else had been so awful to me. Thank you guys so much!! <3“

“This place is hands down the best coffee shop in the Cincinnati area! I love the Lavender Latte, I can’t find anything like it anywhere around. The staff is amazing and so inviting. The ambiance is well decorated and reminds you of a comfy place to curl up with a book or work on your computer. If there should ever be a franchise created, it should be with this brand. The owner is a marketing genius while the product hits everything millennial and gen z consumers are looking for. If you get a chance to check this place out, it’s 10 out of 10 for sure!“

“First let me say that if not for Judah, my rating would be 1 star. The white dude w/eyeliner on that was working with him this morning October 16th during the 10 o clock hour has zero customer service skills and idk why he even works at Starbucks. To make a very long story as short as possible, I paid with stars. Eyeliner guy scans my QR twice and I lose double the amount of stars. He says nothing. I drive home, realize what happened, and try to call SIX different times but never reached anyone because *someone* kept picking the phone up and hanging up immediately. So I drive all the way back, stand in line and once it’s my turn they’re both standing there so I told them what happened. The guy who actually did it doesn’t make any facial expressions at all, doesn’t say sorry or my bad or ANYTHING literally no remorse or even acknowledgement of what I’m saying. Judah steps in, apologizes for something he didn’t even do and starts working with me to resolve the issue. While I’m waiting to see what Judah’s supervisor says, I take a sip of my drink and it’s disgusting because on top of everything else, the mf eyeliner guy didn’t even make it right. I ordered a honey citrus mint tea and got a jade mint. No lemonade, no peach tea bag. Dude literally did not pay attention when he was “serving” me whatsoever. He rang it up as a honey citrus mint and even repeated it back to me before he started but still did zero of the steps to make one. Like dude you know there’s lemonade in it and you know it’s two different tea bags. What was the point of being lazy and making my drink wrong like I wouldn’t taste the difference and come back?? Anyways I got it all sorted out thanks to JUDAH and if I ever come back to this location it will be because of him. He also remade my tea and I’m not exaggerating when I say it was the best one I’ve had. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this location because I go to target multiple times per week and I also collect cold cups so every time new ones drop I’m in there buying 4-8 cups at a time. There are several Starbucks locations that are closer to my house, but I go out of my way to patronize this one. Eyeliner guy needs a new job and some customer service skills. 0/5 for him. Judah needs a raise.“

“Delicious little boba and rolled ice cream shop! We stopped by shortly after opening on a Sunday and it was quick and easy to order and get our items.We tried the Strawberry Oolong Fruit Tea with Passionfruit Popping Boba; also tried the Banana Pudding rolled ice cream with several toppings. Everything was delicious and they had a wide variety of fun toppings and flavors to add on! Staff was awesome and service was fast. There’s seating right outside the building or a little open seating area right around the corner with chairs and umbrellas.Highly recommend if you’re in the area!!“
