“Always a long line in the driveway but they work through it relatively quickly. Staff is usually very friendly and happy to provide pup cups. Breakfast sandwiches are hot and fresh. They do run out of things occasionally but are helpful in finding replacements. Would recommend.“

Wheelchair accessibility: very open space, it will be easy for someone in a wheelchair to be able to see everything and order easy with out having a problem, everything is visble the items and everything also, also the counters is good because they are lower so everyone can reach there item“

“This is one of those gems that you only come across occasionally in a lifetime. The family-run business does so much for the community all while raising a large family and providing the most amazing cookies and drinks. My favorite is the frozen blueberry lemonade!“

“Two of us came in for breakfast on a Sunday morning around 10:15am. The place was fairly busy, but we were sat immediately. One of us ordered the Triple Play off of the summer menu and the other got the Hen Pen. The Triple play was OUTSTANDING, a little bit of all my favorite breakfast foods (a strawberry waffle, omelette, and hash browns). Super pleased with our breakfast experience :)“

“We came here for our Saturday morning coffee date. This is the 11th coffee place in Cincinnati we’ve been to.We got the PB&J latte, and Raspberry Crumble Cake latte. Both are excellent!! Not too sweet, not to faint.We also got the maple sausage breakfast sandwich and blueberry baked oatmeal. Both were somewhere in between good & great. I typically get a scone, but they were out of a lot of pastries due to delivery issue with a supplier.The vibe is pretty cool! Lots of plants and seating space for all types of reasons. Reading, studying, work, conference meetings, personal one-on-one’s. Open space, but pretty quiet as there weren’t a lot of people there.Overall we’d definitely come again!“

“So far so good. Today was my first day here but it will become my stop on the way to work when i need a coffee. I bought a pound of fresh beans packed on the spot, fresh, as i waited and also picked up a card to track my purchases to get free beans and coffees. The cold brew was very smooth. Not bitter at all. So far the coffee is perfect. I give it four stars because I'm lazy and want a drive through.“

Customer service was fantastic too! Cool story behind their name, the building was the first lot in the city giving it the name Lot 1 Coffee. We found this spot after a soccer tournament and will definitely visit again next time we're in town!“

“Joseph is a warm, endearing man. Very humble, ground, patient and kind. He took our very complicated order, responded to many many requests and then didn't charge us anything on account of a family wedding.

It was clear that he puts in a lot of love and effort in his coffee making skills (which was delicious) and we all left Ohio feeling the warmth of his hospitality.

“I went to store 5227 and I had the pleasure of meeting a nice young man (his name was Michael) at the order counter. I ordered a coffee and a donut, he made sure my donut wasn’t squashed. (usually I have to ask or just deal with a squashed donut) we had a great conversation about his experience working at Dunkin, my niece is of working age and she loves coffee! “Delicious little boba and rolled ice cream shop! We stopped by shortly after opening on a Sunday and it was quick and easy to order and get our items.We tried the Strawberry Oolong Fruit Tea with Passionfruit Popping Boba; also tried the Banana Pudding rolled ice cream with several toppings. Everything was delicious and they had a wide variety of fun toppings and flavors to add on! Staff was awesome and service was fast. There’s seating right outside the building or a little open seating area right around the corner with chairs and umbrellas.Highly recommend if you’re in the area!!“

“Smelled like stinky burnt coffee when we walked in. Good sour dough egg sandwich. Kinda stingy with the bacon. Coffee was good. Donuts should be amazing but they were not. Floor behind counter was soaked in spilled coffee. Looked gross. Counter and everything has drops of dried sticky coffee everywhere. They definitely need to take a minute or two to wipe stuff down and keep the restaurant clean. Even if they are busy. Just part of the business.
