Beware: MAKE A RESERVATION- website is very misleading and makes it seem like you can have a drink and there are cats around to see and view. However the cat area is separated from the cafe and you have to have a reservation to see any cats. When we walked in we are asked if we are here to see the cats or get coffee (uhhh both??) and then told we couldn’t because we have to have a reservation… So walking out with 2 very disappointed kids is tough. Love the work put into caring for the cats & all, but the manager of this business is a psych0. She is a micro manager & employees end up quitting because of it. That's not fair to the cats. My neighbors daughter loved being here, but quit because of nutty manager.
Since we can’t have cats at home and my daughter is absolutely obsessed with them, we love visiting kitty cafés-and Kitty Brew Cat Café has been the best by far! The staff was wonderful, recommending a delicious drink that we could share and going out of their way to make sure my daughter was safe while interacting with the cats. We had such a great experience and will definitely be coming back!
