“Love the work put into caring for the cats & all, but the manager of this business is a psych0. She is a micro manager & employees end up quitting because of it. That's not fair to the cats. My neighbors daughter loved being here, but quit because of nutty manager.“

“First time here and tried the Cherry Cordial - it was fantastic! So much to choose from that I recommend checking out the online menu to get an idea of what you want ahead of time. I will be driving out of my way to get this and that includes past Starbucks & Dunkin'!“

“Extraordinary in every way possible. The food is a classic representation of fresh farm to table cuisine pulled off i na historic old victorian home. Small, somewhat cramped, and a perfect fit for the food. The opening course of sweet potato and pumpkin arancini and the burrata were heavenly. Apparently the pumpkin soup is so good it caused my foodie guest to ask the chef for the recipe. He obliged in a great conversation ... My rack of lamb was perfectly cooked and everyone had a spectacular meal. The wine selection is off the chart and the service is impeccable and friendly.“

“I loved it here. I'm sad I don't live closer. The chicken salad was really good, but something about the atmosphere was really something else. The inside of this place exhudes love and pride in what they do. It's kind of crazy to see that these days.. Someone has passion there in their little chicken salad store. I love that so much.“

“The coffee is incredible, the service is even better! I go out of my way to get coffee from here, purely because of how friendly the owner is and how delicious the coffee always is! Always fresh, NEVER stale/old tasting. Overall, best coffee around!!“

“The coffees were decent. We bought a cappuccino and dalgona. The cappuccino was decent but only enough for around 4 sips! The dalgona was good. But again, quantity doesn't seem to be their forte. The cups were the size of a Starbucks small (or probably smaller) at best.
And then we asked for some water and they gave us half a cup of water and charged $2 for it! Oh well.....
Edit - The owner was fantastic. She reached out and offered to correct their mistake of charging for a cup of water. I will be visiting them in the future since I personally believe all places deserve more than just one chance to truly show their worth!“

“If you want amazing, authentic food, this is the spot. The kelewele, Banku with okra stew and fish, and the chicken peanut butter soup were all so delicious.
It is a small hole-in-the-wall place, and parking is super easy. Most people seem to do carry-out, which makes sense because the service is very slow and casual. Definitely only sit in if you have time to relax and wait!
Also, the portions are huge. Each dish can easily feed two or more people. We will be back!“

“Our family has been coming to Cavu for years! The owners and staff are so friendly and accommodating. The lattes and coffee drinks are the best we have found! All syrups are handmade…not a pump syrup to be found! The coffee itself is delicious but the caramel latte, butterscotch latte, peppermint iced coffee and eggnog latte are our favorites!! As an added bonus, I work for a local school district and they volunteer their time and provide delicious coffee drinks to our staff on a regular basis.“
