Lately, when I go to Panera I am disappointed but when I have been to this location I have been very satisfied! Today the service and food was good and the gentleman clearing the dishes in the lobby was very nice and seemed like a hard worker. Unfortunately I did not get his name but he was asking toTake everyone’s dirty dishes and was very polite and friendly. The people making the food and who took our order was nice.
