The food is generally pretty good, I eat here often. My order was completely messed up tonight tho. I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup. They gave me a cup of broth with no noodles no meat and no veggies. I don’t even know if I can get my money back

Lately, when I go to Panera I am disappointed but when I have been to this location I have been very satisfied! Today the service and food was good and the gentleman clearing the dishes in the lobby was very nice and seemed like a hard worker. Unfortunately I did not get his name but he was asking toTake everyone’s dirty dishes and was very polite and friendly. The people making the food and who took our order was nice. I ordered a chicken caesar salad they was supposed to have avocados and romaine lettuce and ordered it yo go. to go and salad dressing on the side. They did not fix it to go and then waited longer. Got it home and was no avocados, lettuce was brown. There was no cheese at all on it. I could not eat it. I got one in centerville last week and was so much better I won’t be going back to Mason at Deerfield Panera. They had two chances to get it right. Once when they served it in a bowl and once when they put into a to go plastic bowl.
The cashier was nice, but ladies who were making foods were kind of rude. I got a text notification that my food was ready, but it wasn’t ready when I headed to the counter. I had to wait for an extra few minutes standing there.

Incredibly overpriced. Go to an actual, nice restaurant for the same price. When a small cup (not bowl) of soup is $7.50, something has gone very wrong.

There is no one other than us in the restaurant and still we had to wait for 20 mins for the food over the counter. Only 1 lady was working and she is working very slow. The quantities served are crazy small. The breakfast is like a small bite and had to order couple items to be satisfied and it costs more than going to firstwatch. I’ll prefer not to go again here.

Ordered soup on line. They did not have baguette so substituted Apple. Bread is in their name you think they could of offered a different bread. Not sure if anyone has ever dipped an apple in french onion soup? Not a good combination.
