As usual we have a great time dining at Firebirds Mason location. I was with a friend whom has a garlic allergy and the Waitress and Chef were so accommodating. You could tell it was very important to them to help her with her food selection. When her meal was brought to her she was very pleased and stated how delicious it was. The rest of us ordered the Rib special which as always was delicious. I also appreciated the help the Waitress gave me on my Wine selection.
A gentleman brought our salads out and forgot one. I told him I had a salad and he says "I only have 2 hands". Then our waitress brought my salad with dressing and I asked with no dressing. I told her nevermind I didn't want it now. Our food should be coming. It took another 45 minutes for our food to come. 1 steak was ordered medium well and it looked raw.
