Our server Kelsey was attentive, friendly and helpful with our questions. Food was delicious as always, from salad to dessert. Our guest who was celebrating his birthday enjoyed his first Firebirds visit. And we will be back again...it's one of our favorite places.

Absolutely perfect trip for dinner. Jimmy, the manager greeted us and spent a few minutes talking with us. Very welcome feeling and great table near the prep area where the fire was flaming and cooking the steaks. Our waitress was excellent and the food was on par with any other high end steak restaurants where we frequent. Plenty of workers and things around us seem to go like clockwork. Pricing is fair and the atmosphere is very pleasant.

This is a good restaurant. I've done happy hours here many times and had good times. But on this visit I went to the main dining room and ordered the filet medium well. I was disappointed. It was stringy and tough. I was expecting a lot more from that wood fired grill. Oh well maybe next time.
Been here several times. Always an amazing experience with very good food. I made reservations for a birthday and was recognized by the hostess however, my server seemed very stressed out and made very little attempt to converse with our table. Birthday was not recognized at the table, and our server rarely checked in with us. My bill had other tables food on it, but she corrected it. I think this was a one off nevertheless it was disappointing for a birthday dinner. When you spend hundreds of dollars on a meal, you would hope your experience and service is above and beyond as well, not just the food. 
Food and service were both good. Steak was cooked perfectly to my specification & tender. Mashed potatoes were a bit on the bland side and "seasonal vegetables" listed as a side with my entree came out as being just broccoli, which I would have substituted if I had known. Atmosphere was much louder than I prefer, but not unreasonably so. Would I eat here again? Yes Would I recommend? Also yes

WE HAD A TABLE OF 7 AND 4 OF THEM HAD NEVER BEEN TO A FIREBIRDS. WE HAD AND WE KNEW THEY WERE GOING TO HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE. AND THEY DID! WE ALL SHARED OUR ENTREES--STEAK WITH GARLIC BUTTER, SALMON, SEAFOOD PASTA AND THE SEA BASS. ALL WERE DELICIOUS. THE WARM BREAD THAT WAS SERVED INITIALLY WAS SO GOOD. AND OUR SERVER WAS FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE.

This is unfortunate. A group of us went out and ate here and most ordered steak. Whoever was cooking the steaks had no idea what they were doing, I'm just going to say it. Someone ordered medium well, and it was very pink in the center; that's your medium rare. I ordered medium rare, and ugh, it was cold in the middle, and uncooked. It was the worst steak I've ever had, hands down. I politely ate what I could and let the rest go. I was with a group so I didn't say anything or make a fuss.Appetizers were fine, service was very slow, but that could be because they were busy.Very disappointing, and the other reviews are saying good things, but I wouldn't go back due to that experience.

We went mid-afternoon to avoid crowds. We (party of 8) were seated right away, service and food were great. Our only wish was that the music be lowered so we could hear each other talk.

We often eat at Firebirds and it is one of our favorite places to dine. Last night's dining was a bit disappointing. Our waitress misunderstood one order and our dining experience was very, very slow. There was way too much time between the appetizer and our entrees. It was 3 hours from our arrival before we were done and ready to leave. It was a Tuesday, and the restaurant wasn't crowded.
