“I have regularly visited Biggby Coffee on Monmouth in Newport KY since it opened and I always have a great experience. The staff is always polite and regularly goes above and beyond to exchange a few words with each customer and create a welcome atmosphere that is rare in quick service and unheard of in a drive through model. Well done Biggby and keep those BOGO coming.“

“Super cute aesthetic, nice staff, delicious rich baked goods. In the icing, you can see flecks of real vanilla bean, and zest that make their naturally flavored icings. Loved their pride (vanilla bean) macaroon. Such a cute stop on you way to walk along the river!“

“I visit this Panera location often and find the staff exceptional. They are the type to notice you and pick up in an often ordered menu item. This location is busy and seems older style than some of the others I frequent but still approachable with plenty of parking and the ability to get your own drink. The staff are aware of general food allergens and offer options for alternatives when available (I have horrible allergies). The Panera prices are creeping up but with the Sip Club and being aware of specials offered it’s a nice treat.“

“We hired them for our daughters wedding and they were a huge hit with all the guests. They set up quietly and fast and started serving at the cocktail hour. It was like having a little coffee shop in the corner of the reception. Highly recommend! So glad we did this!“
