Skip has done a magnificent job of maintaining his high-quality for generous size Bagels As well as a top-tier staff who always makes us feel welcome. The dining area is cozy and the coffee is hot and tasty each month they feature a new type of bagel, but over the years my go to is the black Russian, which is best in class. My grandkids are partial to the cinnamon crunch bagels! Whether you’re ordering a Baker’s dozen to take home or having a breakfast sandwich dining in, I assure you that you will not regret visiting Skips.“

“My family just joined about a month ago and it has been amazing for everyone! We take our young kids to J Play/kids club, which they love, while my husband and I work out. The kids love the inside pool with splash area/water slide. It is the perfect activity for cold winter days. They have towel service, a communal bucket of kids goggles, pool toys, noodles, puddle jumpers, and life jackets. It’s so nice to only have to remember our swim suits and swim diaper for the little one! The life guards are great too! We can’t wait to use the outside pool in the summer! I rave about this place to all families I know! It’s nice to be able to fit working out back into my schedule and have the kids look forward to going as well. The whole facility is clean, well maintained, and updated. And the membership cost for our family is very reasonable.“

She always has a smile on her face with the best recommendations. Not only is her customer service great, her drinks are always very timely, very delicious and consistent! “SUCH a cute gem in madisonville! Great coffee and bakery. They have an outdoor courtyard and patio, and they allow pets! I’ve brought my cat on a harness and leash multiple times and they are so welcoming.“

“I was previously getting taken of by Megan and she was getting overwhelmed by the bar and outdoor seating at the same time. I asked for black coffee twice I felt I had to repeat myself so I did and she still thought that I only wanted water so I was sitting here for 10 minutes wondering where my coffee was. Let alone she thought “I only asked for water” maybe because she rushed me. i just asked for a new server and was immediately accommodated by Chloe which was super attentive and helpful. Not rushing my order at all unlike Megan and Chloe made me feel like I was being heard rather than just treated like anybody else. Chloe had impeccable service hats off to her! Mickie the manager immediately came up to me without even introducing himself and tried apologizing for what HE did? Which wasn’t his fault, but he made me feel uncomfortable and apologetic. I will definitely be back, thanks guys you did a great job!“

“Fabulous steaming hot bowls of Pho with fresh Thai basil, bean sprouts and lime wedges for toppings. That, and hoisin suace, fish sauce, Sriracha, and soy sauce to mix in. ALWAYS try the broth first before adding anything to it as a sign of respect for the chef. The broth is the key for any good Pho and this was amazing!“
