My favorite part of this Panera is how every time I buy a soda, they don't give me a cup, so I ask for one and they act like I'm stealing soda. But they let me know they don't mind that I'm stealing it. Even though I bought it.
The quality of food and the quantity has definitely changed in the last couple of years! Including higher prices! This was a favorite place for my wife and I. Seems to be the typical strategy for most restaurants! Cheaper ingredients! Less ingredients! And higher prices!! Nothing like getting a sandwich and it’s 80% bread!! ? Hopefully you can make some positive changes for the good and bring back your lost clientele!!

One of the bet parts of my day are going to Panera in the crack of dawn. I am there early and no matter what my food is good and it is hot. I especially love the morning sandwiches. Not sure why anyone would go anywhere else. The weekday staff is friendly and very professional. They are definately do a great job. Try breakfast at Panera. So good!!! ♡Kid-friendliness: Yes! And they have good food you can trust a child can eat.
