One of the bet parts of my day are going to Panera in the crack of dawn. I am there early and no matter what my food is good and it is hot. I especially love the morning sandwiches. Not sure why anyone would go anywhere else. The weekday staff is friendly and very professional. They are definately do a great job. Try breakfast at Panera. So good!!! ♡Kid-friendliness: Yes! And they have good food you can trust a child can eat.

Once again getting the least for the most money. Ordered the toasted frontega chicken sandwich. Barely any chicken on it. That's twice recently my order has been a big expensive disappointment. And I always tip on my mobile orders. I'm done with this location. We stopped eating in a long time ago because the booths were so dirty. Table, walls, seat...it all looked like someone's toddler had smeared mac and cheese everywhere and no one cleaned it up.

My favorite part of this Panera is how every time I buy a soda, they don't give me a cup, so I ask for one and they act like I'm stealing soda. But they let me know they don't mind that I'm stealing it. Even though I bought it.
The quality of food and the quantity has definitely changed in the last couple of years! Including higher prices! This was a favorite place for my wife and I. Seems to be the typical strategy for most restaurants! Cheaper ingredients! Less ingredients! And higher prices!! Nothing like getting a sandwich and it’s 80% bread!! ? Hopefully you can make some positive changes for the good and bring back your lost clientele!!

I ordered food from the app today, and let me just say i am extremely disgusted. I ordered the chocolate latte, and let me tell you it doesn't taste like chocolate or anything. It tastes like coffee with some sugar or creamer. It was also room temperature not even hot, and looked nothing like the picture. Next I ordered a breakfast sandwich. The egg looks like it was microwaved and the sausage tastes very uncooked. the cheese looks as if it was also just microwaved on the bread. Also excessively greasy. Far to say the only thing this panera has ever made right for me, my friends, and family are their bagels and soup.
