Absolutely love Biggby!! Super friendly staff, great rewards program, and delicious food and drinks!Parking: They have a small amount of parking but here it doesn't matter much because the only reason you would need to park is if you went to the pick up window. Needed fresh new large coffee, was told coffee just brewed. It's too old to me. First time at this location. A lot of coffee in the large size. But fresh is better than a lot, to me. Better fresher coffee generally at the White Castle on 4th street in downtown Newport.Try to use small pot like McDonald's. Brew often, or brew fresh upon request. Don't make your big size so big; do like your competitors, and drop the price on each big cup.

I really have not have a bad experience here. The employees are always very friendly, they seem to enjoy their job which definitely rubs off on their customer service. I went through today with my two dogs and asked for a side of bacon and they gave it to me happily! They heated it up and everything. To the girl who was making her cooking a sausage, egg and cheese into a song: you made my day lol. Stay happy and positive! It has an effect on others. ❤️
