Literally give this place the benefit of the doubt all the TIME!! We have never gotten the sauces we asked for we hardly get the RIGHT amount of nuggets and the people there are pretty much all incompetent. They pull you up for two Fries and some how the order is still incorrect? Like this is coming from someone who go worked fast food for years had similar mistakes but, still tried to do better. Like how y’all gonna give us some hard nuggets that I KNOW should’ve been tossed...read full review

My friend and I stopped in after our dentist appointment; we live over an hour away, just south of Cincinnati. We were going for a special they don't have running any more, and the cashier informed us quietly of the current special. I don't remember his name, though he did seem busy, we got our food rather fast, and it was very hot & tasty.Kid-friendliness: This location has a play place, for any parents out there passing through who need a break!

Good food and the staff are awesome except the one near fourth st in Covington KY, the staff have seriously bad attitudes and it takes forever to get your order, but Newport and Bellevue stores are awesome.
