My family and I order from this location often. Bob has delivered to us, he is always very friendly and thanks you for placing an order. My order is always accurate and still warm when it arrives. I have also ordered carry out and always pleased with the friendly staff working inside as well. I will definitely continue to order from this location.
This is the best, most consistent, friendliest/accurate/quickest Papa John’s. The food is always hot, tastes fresh and made of good quality ingredients, whether I carry out or get delivery it is always quick and the communication is great (I live at a place where GPS messes up my address but they always call me to find me). This location and staff have consistently been pleasurable for the years that I’ve been a customer.
Had a good experience ordering and getting food for the family while on vacation. Pizza was prepared efficiently and on time. Decent taste. Kids gave a thumbs up. Staff isn't the most engaging but that's fine. The food industry isn't the most pleasant industry to work for.

Papa Johns Pizza in Southgate is known for their flavorful pizzas baked to perfection. While some customers wish the rewards program was faster, they appreciate the consistent quality. The friendliness of the workers could improve, but if you're looking for a quick and tasty pizza, this location is the best choice. Although the food quality has declined for some customers, others appreciate the hot and improved crust. The clean location and prompt service are also noted. Some menu items like the jalapeno poppers and steak papadilla may not be for everyone, but overall, Papa Johns Pizza offers a satisfactory dining experience.
