“Since moving to Franklin I go to this Dunkin alll the time, recently had a baby so I stopped for awhile. Started up again yesterday and ordered what I always order, today I went through , before I even spoke whoever was working at 7 am asked me if I wanted my usual! I was very impressed because the line was pretty long and she was on it!“
“McDonald's has come along way with the food, but they need to however work on the French fries sometimes under cooked or cold, seems they have problems of figuring out people like hot fries. But usually everything else is good, store and restrooms are always clean.“
“Certainly a slightly cheaper location with comparable service to any other local location. I appreciate the lower prices and btw I've had to wait at all the locations occasionally but service is always handled with a smile! Definitely my occasional stopping point for some grub at anytime of day or evening!I recieve no paid compensation for any review I leave and this is only my honest opinion of my experiences.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of space and I've never witnessed others abusing the reserved areas that should not park there without proper placards or plates.“
“Went two Sundays in a row..both times it was packed out but we didn't have to wait. Different staff both times but they were all super sweet. Very nice to my daughter. Coffee has been nice each time we go. Definitely skip Starbucks and go “
“this place is so cute and a great place to study! my girlfriend and i came to study while getting a bite to eat. i got an iced mocha latte and biscuits and gravy. oh my god, probably the best biscuits and gravy i've ever tasted and i could tell it was homemade. coffee was great too. our server was so nice and gave us time to study without rushing anything. also the bathroom is soo fun! totally sign the guest book when you visit. another nice thing is that they sell earrings and other goodies if you are looking to treat yourself or a friend. definitely will be back.“
“My family and I come in to Tom & Dot’s very frequently and everything is always perfect. The staff is so friendly, the gelato is delicious and everything is impeccably clean. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s our favorite local spot for a sweet treat in our city.“
“Very pleased to have a solid coffee shop in the area. Atmosphere is miles ahead of nearby competitors---so much so that I needn't really comment on it. The service was good, but not great. Baristas seemed a little disinterested but what can you do.One complaint: I got a dirty chai and they use a specific chai concentrate that I won't call out here (rhymes with either 'rain' or 'ore again'), but it is very easy to buy and can be made at home with relative ease. It is also super, sickly sweet. Owners, I am begging you: switch to something like Dona, Rishi, etc. Their chai concentrates have a much more balanced taste and are, frankly, just better in pretty much every way.“
“I REALLY wanted to love this place because of the location and proximity to my home & office. I came in on a Sunday morning and got my coffee drink made in only 5 minutes but had to wait well over 30 minutes for my bagel - major fail. The poor young lady working solo in the kitchen tried her damnest to keep up but the two young ladies up front making coffee were slammed themselves. Management needs to bring in extra help on Sunday mornings or roll up their sleeves and jump in. Several annoyed and frustrated customers today. Just watch their faces on your security camera footage to validate this. I will be back and give your establishment another try and hope things are more efficient going forward ?“
“A couple years ago, during "covid times", we visited the Triple Moon Coffee Company in Middletown, Ohio. Ron Howard was filming "Hillbilly Elegy" at the time around the area and frequented the place. So, we went in search of it. Had a great lunch there, and I always wanted to go back. We have since moved, and are even closer to the area. Finally today, we visited again. Great idea! I love this place. My special hippie hangout. The people are great and friendly and efficient, especially for the big business they handle. Triple Moon has become one of my favorite coffeehouses. One orders at the counter, from an extensive menu of coffees, beverages, soups, sandwiches, pastries. The staff brings your order to you when it is ready.I had the "Moon Over Italy" ham and salami sub on a soft sub bun. It comes with kettle fried potato chips and a pickle. DELICIOUS. I also ordered chicken noodle soup. I am a chicken soup addict! Tons of thick noodles, soft and juicy pieces of chicken and a hot, flavorful broth with carrots. Very tasty and comforting. My husband ordered the egg salad on sub bun, which was equally good, and a cappuccino. Sandwiches can be ordered on ony bread selection, which includes bagels, croissants, sub buns, etc. They can be made hot or cold. Their coffees are very good. We shared a stuffed oreo muffin. Mmmmm!Being a child of the 60s, I love the hippie atmosphere of the place. All in all, it is a place that is just my style. Very comfortable and enjoyable. We will return for sure. So glad to see it going strong.“
“Stopped in obviously for something to eat and was content with the cleanliness of the facility. The lady that took my order was very polite and professional and service was quick. Kinda felt like the old days when you actually received good service versus what a lot of restaurants have become today due to poor and rude staff. Good job to the people at this location for taking pride. Y’all definitely deserve a raise.“
