“I love this place !! Every time we pass it I have to come in and get a white chocolate mocha frappe. Staff is always very friendly and prices are decent. It's about the same price if I were to get a grande Starbucks frappe, if not a little less than that, but it's nice to be supporting a local business and having the convenience of it being near you. Did I mention the staff are always very friendly and patient ?? I hate taking a while to order but I babysit often and sometimes I end up getting multiple items. The staff have always been very kind and waited for me to finish my order. They also have a points based rewards program, which actually has really nice and useful rewards. You can get a free baked good with the purchase of any drink, a 50% off drink (which is a great thing to have.), etc.) Coffee is always very good too.“

“The workers were extremely friendly. One worker was mopping the floor and did a fantastic job. He cared about his work and it was really cool to see. He was very friendly to everyone who walked in. The food was great. I would recommend this McDonald’s location to anyone. There wasn’t much seating.“

“Went by there yesterday in between work appointments, I decided to get a double shot of espresso and sit down with it. It was marvelous! Wonderful, beautiful flavor of the plain espresso. Then I got an iced caramel late. Incredible! Will be back next time I’m in the area“

“Came to this cute coffee shop before heading back home yesterday. The girl working was extremely nice and helped us choose our drinks. I got the Pumpkin and cream iced latte along with an Apple crisp loaf. Both were so delicious and we hope to come back one day! They also had some gorgeous hand made jewelry you could buy as well 😊. Both my partner and I were super impressed with the service and coffee/sweet treats.“

Service staff looked hard for a set and then I believe the manager started to look and found the set for me. I am a BIG believer in supporting ONLY local establishments. Customer service is KEY to having people spend $$. This Starbucks gets my vote as a franchise that went above and beyond. Service was GREAT!! Manager was WONDERFUL!! Will go back for sure. “I will always go to the Kroger Starbucks over the stand alone. The drinks are always amazing and the staff is so friendly!!! Today I ordered a Venti Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam, legit the best I have ever had. The pumpkin cold foam can sometimes taste like a candle, not today!! I did a mobile order before arriving, grabbed the small groceries I need and by time I checked out and walked over, my drink was ready. 10/10 would recommend!“

“Went thru a different location and didn't realize that what I ordered was old and gross until I was a bit too far to turn back around. I stopped by the springboro location as it was on my way to my destination. I told the manager what had happened and said I would just chuck it up to a loss if she couldn't help because it wasn't her fault the drinks were bad at another location. She said we will definitely make you new drinks! She also had my daughter and I taste everything before we drove off.

She saw my 3 year old son and immediately connected with him through the drive thru and gave him a free chocolate cake pop that he ate when got home, and I have pictures for her if she sees this and reaches out.
