“I love this place !! Every time we pass it I have to come in and get a white chocolate mocha frappe. Staff is always very friendly and prices are decent. It's about the same price if I were to get a grande Starbucks frappe, if not a little less than that, but it's nice to be supporting a local business and having the convenience of it being near you. Did I mention the staff are always very friendly and patient ?? I hate taking a while to order but I babysit often and sometimes I end up getting multiple items. The staff have always been very kind and waited for me to finish my order. They also have a points based rewards program, which actually has really nice and useful rewards. You can get a free baked good with the purchase of any drink, a 50% off drink (which is a great thing to have.), etc.) Coffee is always very good too.“

“Food was really good compared to the other options for McDonald’s in the area very evidently. My father Tom enjoyed it as well while we were passing through on our roadtrip to Indiana. I have to say if I were on a roadtrip again I would definitely stop by for lunch once again.“

“This is the BEST 7 brew location, by far! We travel nonstop and this location is the friendliest and fastest we’ve visited. The employees are always so kind and go out of their way to make sure everything is correct! My only suggestion for Springboro is to include a ‘7 brew pups’ photo wall on one of your windows! It always makes customers smile!!“

“Went by there yesterday in between work appointments, I decided to get a double shot of espresso and sit down with it. It was marvelous! Wonderful, beautiful flavor of the plain espresso. Then I got an iced caramel late. Incredible! Will be back next time I’m in the area“

“Came to this cute coffee shop before heading back home yesterday. The girl working was extremely nice and helped us choose our drinks. I got the Pumpkin and cream iced latte along with an Apple crisp loaf. Both were so delicious and we hope to come back one day! They also had some gorgeous hand made jewelry you could buy as well 😊. Both my partner and I were super impressed with the service and coffee/sweet treats.“

“Went Friday afternoon at 2:45pm. Service staff was great! I wanted to purchase an enamel pin set and they were out. Service staff looked hard for a set and then I believe the manager started to look and found the set for me. I am a BIG believer in supporting ONLY local establishments. Customer service is KEY to having people spend $$. This Starbucks gets my vote as a franchise that went above and beyond. Service was GREAT!! Manager was WONDERFUL!! Will go back for sure. “I will always go to the Kroger Starbucks over the stand alone. The drinks are always amazing and the staff is so friendly!!! Today I ordered a Venti Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam, legit the best I have ever had. The pumpkin cold foam can sometimes taste like a candle, not today!! I did a mobile order before arriving, grabbed the small groceries I need and by time I checked out and walked over, my drink was ready. 10/10 would recommend!“

“I had a great experience at this Starbucks, even after employees got yelled at. I believe I had the same cashier that the irate lady had in front of me. The person in front of me seemed to be irritated from the beginning. The person working the counter, Sue, was nice and professional. She not only made my drink perfectly, but she did it in a timely manner under a stressful situation.“

“My son and I were blessed with two awesome baristas, one of which was Caroline (sorry if I got that wrong) at the store on 741 this morning. She saw my 3 year old son and immediately connected with him through the drive thru and gave him a free chocolate cake pop that he ate when got home, and I have pictures for her if she sees this and reaches out. He was so happy and it was just a great experience. Not to mention, the coffee was great, too! Thank you guys!! 😊“

“Just tried it for the first time. The owner was super cool with my 7 year old daughter and engaged her in designing her own iced drink. She is a very straight forward type of personality, so I imagine that's how one past visitor felt she was rude. We all have bad days. Thank goodness we don't all get reviewed constantly on Google! 😄 Her 2 sons were there with her--the youngest was giving her a run for her money. It's not easy to have your kids at work with you. The drinks were yummy. I did not realize mine was $10, but it being a large nutritional (electrolytes) drink, that's probably the going rate now. My daughter's was $5. I would like to try some of the other drinks and update my review in the future.“
