My son and I were blessed with two awesome baristas, one of which was Caroline (sorry if I got that wrong) at the store on 741 this morning. She saw my 3 year old son and immediately connected with him through the drive thru and gave him a free chocolate cake pop that he ate when got home, and I have pictures for her if she sees this and reaches out. He was so happy and it was just a great experience. Not to mention, the coffee was great, too! Thank you guys!! 😊
the staff at this Starbucks is very rude. I do Uber eats deliveries from there on occasion and every time I go in there they are rude. I just had an order to pick up there and they had the bagel ready but I was waiting on the drink that was ordered. I tried three times to get somebody's attention and they just ignored me. I've noticed other customers as well getting very aggravated with this staff. there needs to be a manager replacement or something. I will decline any orders...read full review
