I ordered a venti mocha Frappuccino with an extra shot of espresso. When I got to the window they asked if that was a cookie crumble Frappuccino or a regular Frappuccino. I said a regular Frappuccino. I ended up with a cookie crumble Frappuccino with so much crumble it that it was awful. It was for my son and he didn’t say anything until we were down the road a ways so it was too late to go back. Very disappointed for a $7.50 drink.

each time I have come to this Starbuck the coffee I order is made incorrecrly. most times I will try it before leaving but there have been times where I don't have time to do that. so I would just drive to the on in Kroger.. this one is closer to my home and I have to drive further away to get what I request. today is my last time going.

Stopped by the drive-thru several times since moving here and Mary is definitely my favorite! She is just amazing! She's got this infectious energy and a smile that could light up your whole day. Not only did she nail my coffee order and actually got my named spelled correctly, but she also threw in some good vibes for free! It's so refreshing to see someone who's genuinely enthusiastic about their job and cares about the people they serve. Mary, you're a gem! Thanks for making my coffee run so much more than just a caffeine fix. ☕️?

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. Super consistent drink quality, the staff is super nice and get to know you. I go just about daily and I always have a great experience. The line can get a bit long but it’s worth the wait. I recommend you never try parking and going in because the way the lot is set up if the line is even a little bit long you will be trapped unless someone in line backs up or something to let you out. Sometimes the line is all the way out around the building and into the street so I would park at the massage parlor next door and walk on down.
If I could rate higher, I would! I’ve always had a great experience at this location. My boy had his first pup cup over 3 years ago from this location and has been obsessed since. A few pictures of my boys obsession. He say’s, “thank you!”Today I placed my order via app and sadly every drop of coffee spilled in my car. 2 venti black and a doppio espresso. Every last dropped soaked into the floor board. I reordered through the app, not realizing I reordered at a different location… until I pulled into the drive through. Ugh. One of those mornings. The very genuine and kind girl (wish I knew her name) immediately took care of me. Best experience, customer service, and saved me from chasing coffee further. Thank you!!!

Place was dirty just nasty dirty no soap in the bathroom the walls were nasty. My husbands drink cup had liquid running all over the outside of the cup. I had to take the lid off and wipe it down and dry it off. My misto wasn’t even drinkable. They should just shut it down and start

I’ve been coming here the past few days and the same lady has been making my drink . I order an iced espresso with oat milk because it’s cheaper, my funds aren’t the greatest right now . I asked for 10 pumps vanilla she put 4 ( I watched her ) . Also , when I asked for a little extra oat milk in my drink she rolled her eyes and said “we’re not supposed to do that maybe next time you should order a latte if you want extra oatmilk” with a horrible attitude . But didn’t you just make my exact drink the same the past 3 days ? I would’ve been more than willing to pay extra on top of the almost $1 I spent to put oat milk in my drink to begin with. I will be finding another location.Lady was older , glasses and heavyset . I went around 8pm 9/6/23
