Especially, kudos to Lisa, who takes orders in the drive-through. She is always extremely pleasant and has been helping me with the McDonald’s app!“

“Came to this cute coffee shop before heading back home yesterday. The girl working was extremely nice and helped us choose our drinks. I got the Pumpkin and cream iced latte along with an Apple crisp loaf. Both were so delicious and we hope to come back one day! They also had some gorgeous hand made jewelry you could buy as well 😊. Both my partner and I were super impressed with the service and coffee/sweet treats.“

“The baristas are so kind and welcoming when you walk into the space. I ordered a caramel latte and it was the most delicious coffee I've ever had, and I experiment a lot with various coffees. I told them my preference of how I like my coffee, and they were happy to cater to my needs, and also the caramel latte I ordered was BUTTERY!!! I could taste the rich caramel flavor, and the next few days after I went, all I could think about was that latte. It is high quality coffee and for me, a traveler looking for a quick caffiene break, it was the perfect pick-me up.“

“I had a great experience at this Starbucks, even after employees got yelled at. I believe I had the same cashier that the irate lady had in front of me. The person in front of me seemed to be irritated from the beginning. The person working the counter, Sue, was nice and professional. She not only made my drink perfectly, but she did it in a timely manner under a stressful situation.“

“I was passing through the area and needed a place to do some work and this place was the perfect spot. It is really a local's coffee shop. I really loved hearing the locals have conversations with the employees. The tea I got was delicious and they did a great job. It was actually better than the overpriced Starbucks in my opinion. I also loved thst the employees seemed to know every person that walked through their doors which made the place very inviting and personal.
I think what makes a great coffee shop are the connections they make with the locals and how many regulars they have. And it seemed they had a lot of regulars.

I also appreciated that it was laid back and I was able to do my work undisturbed.

And the bagel was fine but the way they gave it to me wasn’t in a bag just in the wrapping paper (which could improve) and one napkin. But now the matcha latte tasted HORRIBLE doesn’t have the color of it a taste so that needs improvement. But customer service is always good the times I’ve gone . The location just needs to improve on certain things.“
