“The best cozy little spot in Trenton. The best staff and owner of any place I’ve been to. I only wish I found it when they opened. Be prepared to spend a lot here not because it’s expensive, but because you’ll be addicted to the coffee/tea/pastries, staff that remember you by name and are incredibly welcoming, owner (Diane) who cares about every little detail and also knows you by name, and if you work remotely you’ll love to sit in here for hours just doing your work and enjoying the atmosphere. I cannot recommend SSC enough. You’ll probably see me in here just about every weekday in the mornings to do work lol…“

“We came here for our Saturday morning coffee date. This is the 11th coffee place in Cincinnati we’ve been to.We got the PB&J latte, and Raspberry Crumble Cake latte. Both are excellent!! Not too sweet, not to faint.We also got the maple sausage breakfast sandwich and blueberry baked oatmeal. Both were somewhere in between good & great. I typically get a scone, but they were out of a lot of pastries due to delivery issue with a supplier.The vibe is pretty cool! Lots of plants and seating space for all types of reasons. Reading, studying, work, conference meetings, personal one-on-one’s. Open space, but pretty quiet as there weren’t a lot of people there.Overall we’d definitely come again!“

I placed an online order and when I arrived, I was told to pull up and so the person behind me could get their order even though I placed my order first (they placed theirs in the drive thru. When I walked in I seen my drink just sitting there when it could’ve been handed to me. The girl s was rude and had a sarcastic tone.

“I love this Starbucks! I have been coming in every weekday for about 3 months now and it is my favorite Starbucks so far. When I walk in someone always says hello, they know my name and they know my order. They always give me a boost of happy in the morning. When I went in this morning we were talking about cups and this sweet girl asked me if I had seen the new ornaments. “I went to this Starbucks for the first time tonight and had a very pleasant experience! Funny thing is, it's just a few minutes from where I live (Liberty Center) but have never needed to go to this one. Liberty Center's closes early now due to COVID, so this was the other option. The barista was extremely friendly and made sure she gave me exactly what I wanted. She asked me if I wanted the nitro brew in my cold brew. After explaining to me how potent it was with caffeine, I politely declined- but told her I'd be back when it's the morning ?. She even gave me a sample of it. So creamy and smooth. It really is the customer service and friendliness that make the difference in the end! I'll be back for sure.“

“First let me say that if not for Judah, my rating would be 1 star. The white dude w/eyeliner on that was working with him this morning October 16th during the 10 o clock hour has zero customer service skills and idk why he even works at Starbucks. To make a very long story as short as possible, I paid with stars. Eyeliner guy scans my QR twice and I lose double the amount of stars. He says nothing. I drive home, realize what happened, and try to call SIX different times but never reached anyone because *someone* kept picking the phone up and hanging up immediately. So I drive all the way back, stand in line and once it’s my turn they’re both standing there so I told them what happened. The guy who actually did it doesn’t make any facial expressions at all, doesn’t say sorry or my bad or ANYTHING literally no remorse or even acknowledgement of what I’m saying. Judah steps in, apologizes for something he didn’t even do and starts working with me to resolve the issue. While I’m waiting to see what Judah’s supervisor says, I take a sip of my drink and it’s disgusting because on top of everything else, the mf eyeliner guy didn’t even make it right. I ordered a honey citrus mint tea and got a jade mint. No lemonade, no peach tea bag. Dude literally did not pay attention when he was “serving” me whatsoever. He rang it up as a honey citrus mint and even repeated it back to me before he started but still did zero of the steps to make one. Like dude you know there’s lemonade in it and you know it’s two different tea bags. What was the point of being lazy and making my drink wrong like I wouldn’t taste the difference and come back?? Anyways I got it all sorted out thanks to JUDAH and if I ever come back to this location it will be because of him. He also remade my tea and I’m not exaggerating when I say it was the best one I’ve had. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this location because I go to target multiple times per week and I also collect cold cups so every time new ones drop I’m in there buying 4-8 cups at a time. There are several Starbucks locations that are closer to my house, but I go out of my way to patronize this one. Eyeliner guy needs a new job and some customer service skills. 0/5 for him. Judah needs a raise.“

“This location was in line with others. Fast service with a quality product. I will add that the girl at the window was super sweet. She thought my wife was holding a small dog and offered her a whip cup. We had to laugh because my wife was holding onto a stuffed animal from the zoo we had recently gotten. We all got a good laugh out of it. It really made my day how nice she was to ask us.

“I've always had great experiences at this Starbucks, but today takes the cake and is worth writing a thorough review about. I was in the drive thru line at 7:30am. I suddenly heard honking behind me and realized that another customer in the parking lot was actively attempting to back out of the space. I could have moved up a bit, but I did not believe it would far enough up for her to avoid hitting the back of my car if I did.

I honked back, letting her know to wait until I could move up a bit more. She refused to listen, moved back until she was inches away from my car (honking back the whole time), and then got out and started screaming at me, calling me names, and cursing me out. In the time she was doing this, the line moved up, so she literally could have waited two seconds. She drove off in a fury, flipping me off in the process. The last couple days have been pretty rough for me and this horrible interaction was the final straw. It was all I could do to keep it together to put my order in.

When I got to the window, the baristas handing me the sandwich told me it was on them. I was confused and asked if they were sure and they basically said they had seen what happened and that the other customer was being unnecessarily cruel.

I'm really grateful for how kind they were!! It really made all the difference in my day to be treated with such care and kindness after someone else had been so awful to me. Thank you guys so much!! <3“

“This place is hands down the best coffee shop in the Cincinnati area! I love the Lavender Latte, I can’t find anything like it anywhere around. The staff is amazing and so inviting. The ambiance is well decorated and reminds you of a comfy place to curl up with a book or work on your computer. If there should ever be a franchise created, it should be with this brand. The owner is a marketing genius while the product hits everything millennial and gen z consumers are looking for. If you get a chance to check this place out, it’s 10 out of 10 for sure!“

“I come here every week for about the last year. Typically Saturday and Sunday. Everyone is AMAZING!!! I saw someone make a comment about “the middle aged Indian lady” that runs the drive thru. So i came here to say she is the BEST!!!’ Because she really is. They have never messed up my order. My food is always fresh and hot (other Dunkin’s serve soggy hash browns) and don’t get me started on the two gentleman that work there too..,,all around amazing. Lines are long but they move QUICK!!!“

Not only were my donuts great, they were out of two pumpkin donuts and replaced them with twenty munchkins. The employees here understand how to take care of people. Great job!“

It's a great place for breakfast, such a large variety of donuts that always taste so fresh. It wasn't extremely busy for being a normal busy time in the morning.
